I was concerned when we were first putting it together. First, we couldnt find the instructions until we got to box 3. They are not labeled as far as which box should be opened first. However, we fumbled our way through assembly. I got nervous at one point as I thought they would be SUPER low to the ground but thankfully that wasnt the case. Actually sit a bit higher than our old couches. The reclining feature is so smooth and quick. The cushions are great and easy to clean. The fabric doesn't seem to pill or show claw marks (I also bought cat claw protector sheets). One thing I will say is the color def pulls more of a blue toned grey vs neutral gray. It clashed with the rug we had. The storage center piece is awesome for blankets, board games, pet toys, etc. Fur also comes right up off it with either a vacuum or chomchom roller. Style is a great blend of modern and comfort, with simply but cozy vibes. I truly hope these last well with my 2 kids, 3 dogs and 4 cats. Great value for the price. Also shipped quicker than expected.

Comfy sofa. It arrives in four boxes. The three base pieces of the sofa are quite hefty because they are made of wood metal and springs. After unpacking everything that was in those boxes, I was able to move the base pieces, on my own, up to the second floor. They are heavy but it was doable step by step. Assembly instructions are clear and it was pretty easy to put together. The cushions arrive vacuum sealed, I let them get re-puffy for about 24 hrs. before I had time to put the entire sofa together. I think this made a good difference, if you have the time I would give them time to re-puff before I sat on the sofa. I also unzipped the covers for this process. Because I purchased the cream color (it's called beige on the website but it is a very light cream) I use Scotchgard over the entire sofa. The reclining feature is almost silent. The leg portion goes up first then after it gets so high the back starts to recline. I'm still figuring things out to get the perfect position to sit at but I was able to find a nice position to take a nap on it as I get to know what works best. I'm 5'6 and as you can see from one of the pictures my feet hang just over at the ankles when reclined. The chenille fabric has pattern on it that is pleasing to the eye. The sofa is a bit on the firm side but I would expect that from a brand new piece of furniture. The buttons on each end of the sofa are easy to use to recline and bring back up into sitting position. Overall a great value on this purchase.

The reclining function is cool but sllooooooowwwww ... feel like a grandma everytime I need to get up off the couch, good luck if you have young kids and need to be able to jump up in a moments notice, otherwise its semi comfy, it doesn't lay back as much as my old recliner chair... the fabric cleans easily, the storage under the middle seat is nice... the arms aren't comfy, the pillows slide off after reclining and reversing a few times...

One of the reasons to purchase this couch was that the description said not to worry about scratches from pets. It seemed to imply that the fabric was sturdy and scratch proof but that’s not the case. My cats pulled out several strings from the fabric in the matter of few hours after it was put together. I had to cover it in a hurry while waiting for the order of scratch proof plastic sheets to arrive. Too bad since this couch is very nice and comfortable otherwise.Also, when I contacted the seller about only two boxes out of three arrived, they responded to us right away in a professional manner. The last box came on the next day as they said it would.

I bought this couch because the pictures made it look plush, modern, and convenient with built-in charging ports. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve ever made. The USB ports don’t charge iPhones or other smart devices because the manufacturer used an outdated charging protocol that isn’t compatible with modern devices. I knew exactly what the problem was, but when I reached out to the company, they insisted the ports were just “broken” and sent me replacements. I wasted time installing the new ports only to confirm what I already knew: it’s not a hardware issue, it’s the charging protocol itself. Their customer support is awful. It’s outsourced overseas, and every response felt like they were reading from a script. They didn’t understand the technical problem, refused to acknowledge it, and wasted hours of my time going in circles. WORST OF ALL, they don’t seem to care about negative feedback because they just create new product listings whenever bad reviews start to add up. That’s a shady business practice if I’ve ever seen one. Beyond the charging issue, the couch itself is extremely UNCOMFORTABLE. It looks soft and inviting in the photos, but in person it’s as hard as a rock. The cushions are way too firm, it feels like sitting on a brick covered with fabric. Between the nonfunctional charging ports, TERRIBLE SUPPORT, and painfully firm cushions, this couch is a complete waste of money. If you value your comfort, time, or sanity, do not buy this couch.
