I got this Comforband for wrist support because my job requires me to lift heavy packages regularly. While I do not have any arthritis, joint pain or issues with my wrist currently, I thought it would be a good preventative measure. I like the ability to adjust this wrist brace to any tightness. I actually have to tighten it quite a bit to get the thumb/palm band to not be too loose. That might just be because I have smaller hands and it’s a one size fits most brace. I would say it is a medium thickness. It isn't a thin sleeve like the copper infused type or a brace that is meant for preventing motion if you have a strain/sprain, but somewhere in between. Since I’m physically active at my job, this brace does make my hand/ palm sweaty. This might be better suited for someone who needs support for a job that has them using their wrists and hands in a constant motion or perhaps sitting at a desk, but not moving around a lot. For the price and quality, this is a really great velcro wrist brace and does aid in support.

Comforband Adjustable Wrist Brace - for Joint Pain, Arthritis, Sprains, Strains, Instability, Gym, Sports, Golf, Tennis, Basketball - Adjustable Compression - Class 1 Medical Device - One Size – fits left or right hand First impressions: Nice foam fabric with a velcro patch to secure. A bit stretchy, not too much. Installation/setup: Put thumb in hole and wrap around right or left hand to brace and support during use. Final thoughts: Take care how you wrap, it can easily be put on too tight which can cut off circulation to your hand, or too loose, rendering it ineffectual. When correctly adjusted it works well, supporting the wrist allowing use even when injured - to an extent. Care should be used during use to prevent further injury due to overuse. ⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

This is a good Comforband Adjustable Wrist Brace for any reason you may need support or comfort on the wrist and hand area. This is a well made straight wrap with a thumb hole on one end and a good hook and loop closure on the other that’s strong but easy to undo. It’s well sewn and made of a soft good quality material with no irritating seams or lumps. This is an excellent item to have available in a first aid medical kit for accidental injuries that need stabilizing. Mine is nearby my favorite seat for when I have wrist pain during inclement weather from old injuries like today or to keep the overhead fan breeze from irritating that area. Very simple and very effective.
