I’ve been using this ComfiLife adjustable memory‑foam foot rest under my desk for a few weeks now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how my legs and lower back feel. What I Like: The high‑density memory foam is plush but still supportive, conforming nicely to my feet whether I wear shoes or sit barefoot. Under Yours +2 ShipItFurniture +2 The adjustable height feature is super helpful — you can add or remove a base layer (2-inch detachable bottom) to set the footrest exactly where you want it. ComfiLife +1 The removable cover is machine washable, which is great for keeping it clean. Under Yours The bottom has a non-slip rubber surface, so it stays in place nicely under my desk. It is helpful for sure. I had knee surgery and this helped me keep my knee comfortable while working. I wish it was able to raise my leg up a bit more but for the price this is fine.

This footrest is exactly as described. The two-piece design offers excellent flexibility, allowing for multiple configurations to suit different needs. Both pieces are comfortable and adjust easily as intended. I’m especially glad I chose the teardrop style—it works perfectly for my setup. I’ve experimented with several of the suggested configurations and can see how the various options would accommodate different preferences and ergonomic needs. For me, this was an ideal choice. The overall design and construction appear to be high quality and durable. When used with socks, the surface is very comfortable, and the base grips the floor securely when in use. I had to jump on here and write a review because I can’t believe the difference this is has already made for me. I took a chance and purchased this foot rest during Prime Days. It was delivered the next day, which is already amazing to report. Anyway, I have never used one of these things before so I have nothing to compare this to. But, I am newly working from home and knew I needed to upgrade my whole desk situation fast as my current ergonomics are pretty bad. I took this foot rest out of the box and laid it on the floor with the plastic still on since I had no idea if I was going to keep it. However! WOW. This foot rest literally elevated my body and posture immediately. I could tell the fatigue in my feet disappeared only a few minutes into using it. I’m actually writing this review while still sitting in the same position! Anyway, something worth mentioning: I purchased a new seat cushion on Prime Days as well since my desk chair has seen better days. I kept hoping the cushion would feel comfy under my bum and thighs but it kept hitting me weirdly. So I began the process to return the cushion but realized that I had not tried the cushion out with the foot rest! So, I plopped the foot rest down on the floor and plopped the seat cushion in my chair. I sat down and BINGO! The foot rest immediately lifted my lower body to an appropriate position and height, and that new seat cushion feels amazing. It’s a perfect fit. I am ecstatic… it’s the little things, you know? I’m now keeping the seat cushion AND this foot rest. So before you return or throw out your cushions, consider elevating your body first with a foot rest! Also, another side note: it’s worth mentioning that of course this foot rest will vary per person, that's understandable. For reference, I am 5’4, weigh around 160 and have all of my lower body weight on this thing. It is solid. It is not sliding around. Also, my feet have good spacing between them and around them too as they rest on the foot rest. It is durable and high quality from what I can tell… and I am realizing that 20 minutes into this writing, the swelling in my legs is down! So please do yourself a favor: don’t overlook your lower back and feet when you’re setting up your desk at home. You really should consider purchasing something like this if you plan on sitting for hours. I’m going to buy one for my dear friend who just found out that she and her hubby are expecting their first child! I just know she’s going to appreciate feeling the immediate relief in her feet like I did. I hope this was helpful. ... show more
