I had a sore neck and back for weeks and decided to order this. 1 (15) minute session helped my neck and all over this is a pretty great massager. on par with full chair massagers. wish the back massager could increase another level or two but overall for the value and what this massager can do, it is great!

I have NEVER been as disappointed with any purchase as I am this one! What a piece of crap! The massage is not full length, and is very weak. It does not support your lower back, the nodes don’t even touch my lower back. I can barely feel the massage in my upper back with the cushion off. I paid $40 for my previous back massager and it is 100 times better than this one. Incredibly disappointed, and wish I would have read the other 1 star reviews before ordering.

The "Spot" function is the best! When you need to target an isolated area press "Spot" and it will stay on that specific area. The Rolling function may not seem very powerful at first (compared to Shiatsu) but after a few minutes you will feel your muscles relax and loosen up and is so soothing. The rotating direction in the neck and the ability to adjust all of the roller positions is very unique and allows for the best overall massage!
