Great customer service, the MCT-520 has been an incredible machine for the price. For a one machine to do it all it’s perfect for anyone that needs all these options but can’t justify buying a stand alone unit for each.

Thing is a POS. Can’t even hold an arc at 80 amps on a piece of plate stick welding. They claim arc force is built in and hot start and all these other neat things. But none of it works. I believe the machine just simply doesn’t have it. Updated- they offered a refund. Never recieved it and I tried everything they asked. Welder is still a POS.
