Best money I ever spent! I love that I can just do a spot massage if I am hurting in a particular place. I sit on this while using my foot massager and oh my lawd!! I can't afford a massage chair so this is the next best thing. It feels like those chairs when I get a pedicure.

Been using Comfier Shiatsu Back Massager for a year now (Feb 25 2020 - Feb 28 2021). I'm glad to report that it still works well. All functions are still in good working condition. I've used it 3-5x a week, usually when I need a break from working from home during this darn pandemic - doesn't help sitting all day on my aging butt & back. I don't use the vibration, doesn't really help relax my tired butt, I wish there's also a Shiatsu style butt muscle massager haha. Anyway back to Comfier, at this point I don't regret the purchase, it really does help relieve back ache/pain & help relax my entire back muscles from sitting all day in an office chair. About 6mos in - I occasionally hear squeaking coming from the kneading massage ball, it comes & go and so far have not affected its function/operation, so I won't make a big deal out of it. All in all it's a good back massager - don't like the sit cushion that much, doesn't really do anything but vibrate. not my cup of tea. The only thing that wore out very quickly is the elastic Velcro strap that wraps around the chair. The elasticity is all gone, so I just tie it around the chair like a shoe lace.

This back massager was exactly what I was looking for to relieve tension all along my spine. I also like the ability to have it focus on your upper back, lower back, or focus it to stay in one spot. It also has heat and vibration which are nice features. I was just blown away by the value you get with this and it is easy to move around. For now, I just keep it in next to my chair and use it every night! My wife doesn't like the pressure, but I love it.

This is worth every penny. I am literally using this massager as I'm typing this review. I have lower back pain which im currently experiencing at the moment. The shiatsu kneading feels incredibly deep. The heat function is a great touch helping with tightness. Also it is very relaxing when you do the full back mode. It fits easily on my office chair or couch, so I can use it while working like I'm doing now. Setup is simple, and the controls are very easy to use. It is very portable, you can just fold it and go. It makes very little noise, you have to be right up on it or sitting in it to hear the sound. When you are not in the seat you cant tell that it is on. The material seems to be very durable. I feel it will last a very long time even with heavy use.

Everything does seem to work on it so far, however, the heat is barely noticeable. The back is so straight on the top that the Shiatsu rollers don’t really reach the top of my spine area. Maybe because I’m only 5 foot three. It could reach it if the top formed inward a little bit. Otherwise the shiatsu rollers do a good job up and down the rest of my spine. The seat vibration is OK.

Deep tissue massage! When first using if it is too hard just put several layers of a throw or towel over it. I have 3 bulging discs in my back. They keep certain muscles fired up. This massage pad moves in circles up and down each side of my spine. The heat feature helps with relaxing the muscles as well. I use it A LOT! Every morning to loosen up before work or morning chores. When I feel the tension in my muscles during the day I stop and let it bring needed relief. I also use it every night before bed. It does NOT VIBRATE which in my opinion would be useless. I highly recommend! Even bought one for my boss.
