I replaced a metal-halide dawn to dusk fixture on my large shed with this light. It is very small and compact, but puts out way more light than my old fixture did. It comes on a little earlier in the evening than the old light did, but I have no real complaints about that. My only issue was during installation. I had to look up the translation from international wiring standards to US standards. The instructions only include using a brown, blue and yellow wire, so I had to look up how those translated to black, white and ground. If I could give this a 4.9 star , that's what I'd give it. I bought this last summer and it was easy to install. I already had the wiring from the other light. It's nice and bright and gives off a good solid light. My only issue is where the photocell is, on the bottom. Most other lights I had there the sensor was on top. The light keeps coming on during the day and other times it keeps flickering. Even with bright daylight. I have a little incline before my garage and when you drive in at night the headlights sometimes makes the light go out. It comes right back on though. I don't think it will last as long as advertised but I'll get another one and would suggest it to others. ... show more

I search amazon and found the previous light was under warranty BUT, you had to ship it back for the cost of a new light. I went with the Amazon choice and so far it hasn't disappointed.
