This was affordable, fits well, washes easy, appears to be good quality (time will tell), and light weight. Looks decent, but I wouldn't say it looks GOOD. I'm sincere when I say this... I think I can tell the difference with the Omni-Heat technology. I feel that the jacket is preventing heat from escaping just like most jackets, but I get a very subtle sensation that heat is hitting me from the exterior which I believe is the Omni-Heat material reflecting the heat back at me. To be clear, I ONLY FEEL A VERY SUBTLE SENSATION. I suspect most people may not feel it... but it's there. I recommend this jacket especially if you layer correctly.

My husband is 6’4” with long arms. This fit him perfectly without having to order a size Tall jacket. Xl. He took this on a trip to nyc this past week in the frigid temperatures of 8 degrees minimum. Layering made it warm and bearable while waiting in line to get into The Daily Show and Late Night with Stephen Colbert. He likes the lightness of the jacket to fold up on the plane or stuff it under the seats in the theaters when needed. Nice quality and he looks nice wearing it.

I've always been a fan of Columbia jackets and outwear and this one is no exception. In fact, it's been my tried-and-true go-to for many years. I recently lost some weight and went down a couple sizes so it was time to buy a new one. Their quality hasn't changed and it's nice to see that they stick with what works. I've never had any threads come out or had any snags on the fabric. Very well insulated without being too heavy. I wouldn't call it lightweight necessarily but it's not their heaviest offering for sure. Very comfortable to wear during fall and winter. I'm in the south so winters aren't usually too rough. However, I've worn this jacket to Chicago in the fall and even with the wind, it holds up well. The fit is true to size and that's been the case through several of these that I've owned.

I love Columbia products, I have 20+ jackets of all types from downs (690 and 850 count), puffers, parkas, light etc for any occasion from daily use, casual etc. They fit my body shape much better than North Face, Patagonia etc. This is a great jacket, good fit and finish, perfect warmth for the Carolinas, great pricing deal. I liked it so much I bought a 2nd, olive green. It's on its way. Excellent product.

I have owned a lot of Columbia outerwear, shorts, ski jackets, fleece. This is my new favorite jacket. The reflective liner really makes it a warm jacket. I wore it with a tshirt, a light quarter zip fleece long sleeve shirt and this jacket at 20 degrees and was getting warm towards the end of the 3 mile walk. Sizing for me was good, XL. Really good jacket!

This is the best coat I ever bought. Very well made. Very warm. It runs a bit large, but that allows you to layer clothes if needed. I take a 3x in a button down shirt and could have taken a 2x rather than a 3x in this coat, but it still looks good even though it's a bit large. A+ coat.

Let me start by saying I like this jacket. However, there are some things I wish I had known before I ordered it. I would say this is a good Fall - mild Winter jacket. I can wear it with just a long sleeve shirt and be comfortable in the 40s. In the 30s I need to add a sweater or sweatshirt. I haven’t tried it in the 20s yet, but I strongly suspect I’ll need still another layer. The reflective inner lining does a fair job of keeping body heat in. The jacket seems pretty true to sit and roomy enough to easily allow for the added sweater underneath. Despite its light weight, it blocks wind well. The jacket appears well made. I originally wanted something a bit warmer, but here in the Deep South, it will work for most winter days, so I’m happy with it.

Arrive as promised and is an authentic Columbia identical to one I have had for four years purchased from the Columbia store.... Was happy to find this on-line for $125 and when I found it on Amazon for <$90 was really happy. fit is slightly larger than my original, but may be from being packed flat, (need to fluff it up in the dryer). Definitely recommend this style of jacket and at this price is a bargain. It has taken a beating and has really held up as one would expect from a Columbia product.
