As a Jack Skellington fan, I had to have this, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. It sits proudly in my living room and looks incredible. The base lights up Jack’s smile, and when Alexa is listening, the smile glows blue, which is such a fun touch. The light is subtle, not bright or distracting, so it doesn’t interfere with watching TV. Installing the shell over the Echo Dot was very easy. The quality is fantastic, the design is spot-on, and it gets a lot of attention from visitors because it looks so unique. A fun bonus: it arrived in a coffin-shaped box, which is pictured in the listing. We loved it so much that we kept the box and plan to line it with orange satin and place a small Jack and Sally ornament inside to display. It’s such a cool collector’s detail. If you love The Nightmare Before Christmas, this is one of the best Echo Dot accessories you can get.

The echo can hear and respond through it, no problem. The blue light is a little harder to see (it shows through the mouth), but that's not a big deal. Looks great and fits prefect on the echo dot.

Love Love Love this!!! The quality is great, fits together perfectly. It snaps together so that it is secure. You can still see the lights when you have notifications or when speaking to Alexa. The sound is not muffled or quiet. I think I turned it up by one with this on. So it functions very well and adds some decoration to wherever you put it, mine is right in the living room! I think it is a little pricey, but overall I am happy with the value and glad I spent a little more on this item!

As a huge fan of The Nightmare Before Christmas I saw this and immediately had to own it! It’s made well and looks fantastic! The only slight criticism I might have is that when lit around the mouth if you have the newer version of the Echo the light where the mouth is doesn’t perfectly line up but it still does a little and to be honest I got it for Jack not the lighting effect alone so it’s still very cool to have!

Wasnt this just the kewlest idea... love Jack in concept... but... feels like it could have been soo much kewler. Props for sure on the packaging... the coffin was a delectable surprise and where Jack will reside in the off-season. Once Jack is on the dot though... its a neat idea... but loses some of the functionality. Audio all works just the same but you lose the clock aspect of the dot and was hoping that some of the lighting features might be enhanced with Jacks face... maybe his mouth or eyes being a bit more "glowey"?? Overall he comes off pretty dark... which... fits his personality... but if you are looking for a spooky ambiance... and maybe to still have your nightstand clock like me... hes probably staying seasonal. Love ya Jack! But back in the coffin till next year.
