I was hesitant to purchase after seeing some of the reviews, but now Im glad I did! It is easier to use than the cricut heat press, provides uniform heat so that the products adhere properly. My only complaint is that you cannot adjust the width between the top and bottom pieces, but, that is a minor issue. I suggest this heat press. Was able to complete on project and now it heats until an alarm goes off (over 450)and it has to be shut off.

The media could not be loaded. I thought I loved this machine but after only two months of use it is literally falling apart. The plate for attaching the heat element loosens with every single use causing it to hang lower than it should and move out of control. I find myself having to continuously stop mid-project to tighten it. If this falls off while hot or swings into something (or someone) this could be incredibly dangerous. ... show more
