Please whatever you do don’t purchase anything from this company! The printer didn’t work, you couldn’t get in touch with anyone and once you get ther product it cost you 200 bucks to send it back and nobody wants to pay you back! Do Not Purchase from this company! Until they return my money for shipping it back I will be committing on this company!

First review ever, purchased this printer a couple months ago. It arrived in a super sturdy crate that kept the printer safe and came with everything the description said it would. The printer was in fact not an easy setup as the directions didn't guide you at all but after a few YouTube How-To's I got it up and going. Fast forward about 1 1/2 months, the power source for the printer got turned off so it sat for almost a day with no ink agitation and on start up I had all blinking red lights. Researched and finally bought the Epson Adjustment Program but it wouldn't connect to the machine. Emailed customer service and they responded within an hour (around 11:45pm), set up a What's App chat with Techs and by 8:30 am this morning had everything fixed. The techs sent a couple videos of what I needed too do with Adjustment Program and it was so simple. Customer feedback suggests that this company's support is severely lacking so I was worried but I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Printer don’t print, software will not download, seller did not include any contact information for tech support.This is by far the worst purchase I have made through Amazon.

No customer support, the software is not on the USB, the USB is not recognized by the computer, the drivers that are on the website for enjoy color and ERA rip software does not correlate with the hardware of the printer. There's no tech support, there are nobody to answer questions or guide how to connect the printer. The printer does work. However the computer and connecting software does not properly communicate the print job and all I can get is a bunch of symbols and letters and no pictures.

Purchased to start a small business, in the end this works beautifully for the price, however there is alot to be desired on setup. In my case i didn't install both needed drivers and was unable to contact the printer. Read the instructions then read again. The software included works ok Canva is better. The included software will do the job well. This printer is heavy and when priming the printheads don't be shy watch the videos and DO NOT pull off the one-way valves on the ink tanks as some videos suggest. Very easy to put on the wrong way and you will have ink bleed all over your printer. Priming is done with the valves in place. If you're looking for a one-shot solution with no elbow grease you can pay a lot more for better instructions.
