Soothing Massage System The AirJet bubbles are released from the bottom of the spa to create a warm, bubbling hot tub environment. These soothing bubbles will help you relax and unwind. Durable Construction This spa's inflatable walls are made of durable, puncture- resistant Tritech material to prevent damage and to retain its shape no matter how many times it is inflated and deflated. This material is also UV resistant and covered in a beautiful rattan wicker print. So far, this tub has been great. Got to temp in less than a day, and got in the same night I set it up. Kids rough housed in it a couple days later. I'm learning about chlorine and pH levels since I don't want to drain and refill every 3 days. After the first night, I told my wife, "we should have done this a long time ago." Can't really say how energy efficient it is since I haven't gotten my bill yet, but honestly, I don't care. It's worth it. It helps with my muscle pain and my back. We are enjoying this spa. For the price, it's great. I would have given it a 5 but it doesn't seem to hold heat very long (dropped 5 degrees in about 1/2 hr). And takes some time to get to desired temp. Other then that we are happy with this spa.

Had this for a week now and so far it's been great. I gave 3 stars on energy efficiency because have had it long enough to properly evaluate. All in all it's been amazing.

What to like - A big tub o'hot water. My back feels better after a week of use. What to dislike Temperature controls - Its either heating or its off. It won't maintain a temperature without running constantly. I tried to set it for 90F when not in use but it won't automatically turn on when the temp falls below 90F. You can set it to turn on hours in advance and run for hours but its either on or off. So now I have to figure out how much the water temp will fall over night and how long is needed to heat it back to 104 and program it to turn on so it can reheat the water to use the next night. I have to do this every day I want to use it. If I let it run 24 hours a day my electric bill goes up $300 a month. Spa jets - The massaging system is from a ring of small holes around the interior wall. They create a roiling boil in the tub that is effective at massaging muscles. The problem is that they use unheated air instead of the heated water. This drops the water temperature very rapidly. In 20 minutes the tub went from 104 to 99 with the jets on. The plug - The spa runs on a normal outlet. However, the plug is massive because it has a built in GFI tester. After adding an outlet outside for a tankless water heater I thought I could use the other outlet for the spa. Unfortunately the plug is too large to fit with another plug in the other outlet and wont fit in a outdoor outlet cover. An electrician is still trying to find a cover that will work with the plug. The App - The manufacturer has an app that is supposed to allow you to control the temperature and run time from your phone. I tried to register but was told I needed to use the email they sent me to complete the registration. After three attempts I still haven't got an email. Avoid the headache and wallet ache of this spa. ... show more

We enjoyed our hot tub immensely from June of 2021 until August of 2022. Easy to clean, easy to maintenance. No issues with the pump or heating system. It stayed warm even in winter. We got in it once when weather was below 40 and it stayed between 100 and 102. Unfortunately it now has a slow leak somewhere on the tub. Not easy to find so we can’t patch it. I probably wouldn’t spend $600 again for it, but would be willing to spend half that every 2 years on an inflatable hot tub in general. It looks real too I had a lot people not believe it was inflatable when we first put it up ... show more
