The media could not be loaded. We’ve now owned this spa for 3 months. I waited to post a review until we had some time to really test it and put it to good use. We originally bought this spa as a test to see if we were cut out to be spa owners. The plan was so try out an affordable inflatable spa, get a feel for balancing chemicals, and then purchase a full sized jacuzzi later on if we felt we were up to the task of spa ownership. Well, this Coleman Saluspa has treated us so well that we have no plans on replacing it for a full sized jacuzzi. It’s FANTASTIC. We have used it pretty much every single day since we got it a little over 3 months ago. The spa itself was super easy to set up. It came with all the required parts and the instructions were very straightforward and easy to read. The bubbles are strong, it stays warm, and is well sized. We have fit 4 full grown adults in and all agreed we could have probably fit in a 5th friend if we were comfortable getting cozy. I’ve included a pic of my husband laying down in it from when we were initially setting it up (he’s 5’10) and a pic of him in it with a buddy for scale and size reference. This Saluspa is definitely one of the larger models that Coleman produces. As for durability, we’ve had zero leaks and find it to be extremely durable. We’ve sat on the sides to cool off when we get warm, and our cats regularly sit on the sides to hang with us when we are using the spa. They also like to hang out on the cover (I’ve included a pic). You’d think their claws would puncture it, but they have not. This spa is extremely durable… even to cat claws. We just did our first drain and clean yesterday (it’s recommended to drain a few times a year) and draining was super simple, although time consuming. You just attach a hose, pull a plug, and thats it! As for spa upkeep, I recommend doing some research on balancing chemicals. Reddit was a great resource when getting started. Some things you’ll need are as follows: sodium bromide packets to initially get started, bromine tablets, shock (chlorine initially activates bromine), PH Decreaser/Increaser, and Alkalinity Decreaser/Increaser. The last 2 will be dependent on the type of water you have. We have city water and have only ever needed PH Decreaser and Alkalinity Increaser. My in-laws are on well water and have only ever needed the opposite. You’ll also need a small chemical floater for the Bromine Tablets (the tablets are too large to fit in the basket on the Saluspa) and of course test strips, and a skimmer of some sort (we got a bug net from the dollar tree to skim debris out of the water and it has work very well). Some other things I’d recommend are putting down foam tiles underneath the spa for extra comfort, a scum boat to absorb body oils and reduce foam, and a spa light. We found a floating light and Bluetooth speaker here on Amazon, however Bestway (another producer of Saluspas has a website full of fun accessories you can purchase for your spa. We’ve been debating a hot tub for awhile and decided to try out the inflatable option to see if it would fit our lifestyle. If you are on the fence of an inflatable one - do it! First off - it’s much bigger than I thought. I can lay down fully in it and we can easily fit our family of 5. Setup was easy - we did have to use our own pump as it was below 30 when we set it up (and snowing!) so the pump kept getting errors. But once we got water going it’s been fine. Note it did take about 2.5 days to reach 99* but our overnight lows were in the teens. We did get the extra thermal cover and now that it’s at temperature it easily maintains it. ... show more

purchased this for my wife's birthday, what a disappointment. Watched numerous videos prior to receiving, seemed easy enough with decent reviews. Received, unpacked the items, and should have been an easy set up. Removed the tub itself, which becomes the second problem, the power supply etc. Went to inflate the tub and the power supply trips its GFI. Tried numerous tires and kept sending a E03 code. Had an electrician come out, deemed power supply worthless. Now, the return seemed it should be an easy process. Made contact with amazon, printed my label for return, and then the 2nd issue. "TRYING" to get the tub back into the box....impossible! Contacted customer service numerous times to have them ship an extremely large box in order to return. Uline had large boxes for $75+! Colemen continues to send a generic reply.."just send back in a box..." Overall this was a waste of time, and possibly $600! seeing a "real" person cant mange to help. ... show more

This inflatable hot tub has become a great addition to our backyard. It was easy to set up and surprised us with its durability. The first time heating up took about 1.5 days to get to 101, but held its temp pretty good as long as you keep the cover on. We love our inflatable hot tub! It is super sturdy and was fairly simple to get setup. Be sure to keep chlorine and bromine tabs in the chlorinator - it will keep the water fresh and clear. The temperature does drop faster when you have the bubbles/jets on, but nothing too crazy unless the temps are around freezing (or below). Keep in mind - it is a 120v system, so it won't heat up as fast as a traditional hot tub. Keep the cover on until you use it. Overall - the best $600 I have ever spent, period. ... show more

I've been researching inflatable hot tubs for a few years, and I finally decided on this one for its size – and wow! It did not disappoint! This thing is HUGE compared to the other inflatable hot tubs out there. The setup was a breeze, and it only took 24 hours to reach 104 degrees. Unfortunately, the first tub I received from this seller had a small air leak somewhere, requiring me to add air every 8 hours. I contacted BestWay, and after some back and forth, they promptly sent me a brand new tub! The replacement has been working amazingly for the last few months with no issues.
