First one was,perfect a year, then during winter storage in a cold shed (my fault but no alternative) last year I was chasing more holes than I could keep up with... so tossed in fall and got a new. Sturdy quality and well made. I only gave 4 stars because the instructions on how to get it going are horrible. You will never set it up following the instructions. Watch the how to videos available and think on a logical basis not like who ever came up with these. Also should have came with start up chemicals. ... show more

Had spa for awhile now and it works great. Very durable and enjoyable. Cons: pump is square even though pictures show it round. Bought this one specifically to replace a round one and was disappointed that I had to change the deck to accommodate. If you fill it to the line with water, when it rains you cover will sink down and make it hard to remove without dumping into spa. Def fill it more. If the power goes out the spa has to be manually restarted each time. Overall the comfort, ease of maintenance, and quality do make this a good spa for the price! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Keeps heat really well even in colder temperatures. I have chronic pain from failed back surgery and my legs hurt from the nerve damage. This hot tub instantly relieves that leg pain.

The unit is good quality. Had a issue with the air filled cover support disk as where it had a split in the seam. Contacted vendor and had new one in 2 days. Awesome customer service.
