The coat is perfect and beautiful. The size is correct and it makes a good figure, it looks very elegant. It is waterproof and keeps you warm in very cold weather. It is true that the zipper has problems (which are easily fixed and without changing it, some feathers also come out, but for the price vs the quality, it is an opportunity.) Don't be fooled by anyone who says not to buy it, it's a good product, I imagine that because of the zipper, you can get it at this price. Otherwise, it would be a coat worth $300 or more. There are things I like about this coat and things I don’t. I just received it a week ago so am debating on if the good outweigh the bad. Positives: I like the style, the length, the fit, the light weight down, the gold snaps and zipper, the way the hood looks when it’s not on my head, and the extra bib layer. Negatives: The pockets are not insulated with a cozy/warm material… it’s more of a very thin material. The hood looks so stupid on my head… I don’t know how else to describe it. This is the thing that might outweigh the positives, because you’ll never catch me with it on my head even if it is a blizzard or raining! That’s how silly it looks on. I also wish there were hidden cuffs on the arms to keep the warmth in and snow out. Haven’t decided yet if I’m keeping it but I’m leaning towards no… 🫤

I LOVED LOVED LOVED this coat, but I sadly had to return it. I originally tried this on in a petite small at Macy's, and it was just a tad too small and out of stock in any other sizes. I ordered the regular small off of Amazon, hoping it would be just a bit bigger, but I honestly could not tell the difference between the petite small and regular small. Since it was out of stock everywhere I looked for bigger sizes, I am still looking for the perfect coat, but this would have been it for me had it fit. The coat itself is nicely made. It is a little heavy compared to other down coats I looked at, but the fabric was heavier and sturdier. I loved the oversized hood, it looked fantastic. I really liked the separate zippered vest, as you can unzip the whole thing without having your coat completely hanging open. The zippers are metal, and catch a bit, but I think they would hold up well and the other good things about the coat outweigh this con in my opinion. The silhouette is the most flattering I have seen on a puffer coat. The length and snaps are great. Besides being a little heavier than I would have liked, as I was looking for an ultra light coat, I loved this coat SO much! I am sincerely disappointed I never managed to find one that fit. One odd thing I noticed is that I had plenty of room in the vest part, especially in the regular small, but the rest of the coat itself was too tight, tighter than the vest inside it.

I like the fit a lot! I'm 5'4, 135lbs and the small fits perfectly. It's warm and comfortable and the length is great. The zippers do stick pretty badly. Gets stuck on the lining part. But that said. I love the inner zipper vest, short part, for when its warmer, and then the outer zipper long part with buttons. This is such a great temperature range coat. It is sinched at the waist and flattering, warm but not overly. I've worn this to Iceland twice and have felt like a local, warm, stylish, but not frumpy. I have never felt cold while wearing this, and I'm someone who is always cold. This coat frequently goes on sale too, so wait for a good price!

I love this jacket in the Cashew color (it is a mid tone taupe). It’s very warm, and the XS actually fits like an XS and fits my petite frame (5’1” 114 lbs)…I should have trusted the Amazon photo but the photos on the Cole Haan website and other retailers plus the color name “Forest” are misleading…it’s really more like a dark charcoal grey with a green tinge, not forest green at all…bummer because I would have kept both colors I like the coat so much.
