Not very very sturdy. I am using it for an outside camp sink so I don't keep it under pressure 24/7. I would not recommend using inside for a sink. Does not appear that it will do well under constant use. Good value for the money though.

You have heard of "You get what you paid for"? Well, this is worse. First, the faucet is not stainless steel. It's plastic. Second, the flange is metal and almost as thin as aluminum foil. Third, there is nothing to hold the flange in place so it does mount correctly. I used epoxy to hold it in place. I can't wait until it starts to leak as mentioned in other reviews. I bought this to use as a dedicated faucet at the sink for filtered water in use with the Filtrete under sink filter system. I didn't find the need for filtered water to rinse dishes and so on. Just for drinking, cooking, and most importantly COFFEE. Installation was simple and straight forward, was American spec on the fittings. It works fine with great flow. Okay, if you need an inexpensive faucet for your garage or washroom tub, this will do the trick. It took me less than 30 minutes to remove my old one and install this. The accompanying hose provided was too short to reach my water connection so I used the old one which matched up perfectly. The item is not top quality materials but I am not trying to wash my dog or the dishes, just my hands when I am finished in the garage. No leaks, the spigot screen is removeable so you can flush out the line and it works and it accomplishes what I had intended. Worth the money and fast delivery ... show more

After reading other reviews I figured it was probably going to be chrome colored plastic so it wasn't a big shock to me. It looks like something you might find at the dollar store. It is very cheap and comes in a plastic bag and is in some Asian language. That being said, it does actually work okay. The very bottom brass threads that the supply hose hooks to can thread off and I took it to the hardware store and got a fitting to hook it directly to a garden hose. I have very good water pressure and after using it for a couple weeks I still don't get and drips or leaks at all. This would have got four or maybe five stars if it had been made of stainless steel as indicated. ... show more

Great value for the money. Easy to install and appears to be fairly sturdy. It fits our outdoor sink perfectly and works well. We had it covered for the winter months. A neighborhood cat jumped on it and broke the original faucet. We purchased this faucet as a replacement in hopes it would fit. It did!! The tap fixes to the hole with a very flimsy chrome disc (& silicon/rubber spacer) above, that has no way of stopping itself from sliding up the stem of the faucet. As a result, the grip is really flimsy, the stem slips from the vertical, when you try to put hold or set it straight the flimsy chrome disc buckles, there really is no real way of holding the stem straight; very poor design. As you may well need an adapter to fit the faucet in the first place (the 1/2" fitting is unusual, as suggested you are normally going to need a 3/4" to 1/2" adapter), these flaws are increasingly apparent beyond the 1 month Amazon return window, that seems too restrictive for faulty goods ... show more

    • Valve came corroded, very flimsy.
This is an extremely cheap faucet. When I first got it installed, it wouldn't even fully stop the flow of water. I had to disassemble the valve, where I found the insides already had corrosion on them, and cover everything with a layer of petroleum jelly.
