First of all, it is NOT AN AIR CONDITIONER! The paper that comes with it (user manual?) calls it a portable heater. It is very cheaply made. Mine came broken, with a big crack in the cover. I plugged it in before requesting a refund and it did not get cold at all. It only goes down to 60* on the thermostat, but it put out only hot air. It started smelling like something burning so I turned it off. I requested a refund, but the company rep said the best they could do is a PARTIAL refund and I keep their busted product. If I could give a -5 Stars I would. My advice, keep looking.This is definitely NOT what you're looking for. Wanted to add this.     • Doesnt cool at all. OK heating
An OK heater, but there are cheaper heaters out there. Doesnt cool anything down at all despite it reading a temperature in the 60s. If not used for heating it is a glorified fan on the lowest setting possible. Bad value with these crappy chinese products. Get something name-brand to save yourself headaches ... show more

This is false advertisement. The unit is nothing more than a cheap air blower. It says it is an air conditioner. It is not. The warm air is only 16 degrees Celsius which is roughly 60.8 ferenhight. The instructions indicate it to be just a heater. That is what it is. This is not what I read in order to purchase the units. The power cord is less than two feet and the instructions suggest not using an extension cord. This is not a duel unit as suggested on Amazon. It is only a heater. It’s a ripoff!!! Low quality. Flimsy plastic. Doesn’t work when mounted to wall. Back is cracked when opened box. Cheap fan. Doesn’t hardly blow any air. Took 2 weeks longer to get. Returning, getting my money back!!! GARBAGE!!!

This is not an AC. This is a heater. Then fan works better. This is false advertisement. It does not get cold. This should be advertised as a heating fan. My parents that purchased this item was taken advantage of by false advertisement. My parents doesn’t know how to return and now its too late.
