While it was odd that this didn't come with instructions, it was easy enough to figure out where everything was supposed to fit in the engine bay. The powder coated parts appeared to be high quality and I didn't have any issues with them fitting poorly during install. For the money, this is a great first intake and provides a very good sound considering. Throttle response isn't really changed as far as I can tell, but the butt dyno and time will tell.

I installed this Aosuracing cold air intake. The kit came with all the parts listed, including the filter, piping, clamps, and couplers. The aluminum tubing looks decent, and the powder coat finish seems solid so far. The air filter itself is a cone style with a red oiled element that's reusable. Fitment was not perfect. A couple of the silicone couplers were slightly loose on the connections, so I had to double up clamps in spots to prevent air leaks. The intake tube routing required some wiggling to get it seated properly without rubbing on nearby components. After driving for about five days, I haven't noticed a huge performance gain like some people claim with these kits. There's a bit more intake noise, which sounds cool when you get on the throttle, but the actual power difference feels minimal. The real issue is that my check engine light came on yesterday. The MAF sensor connector feels flimsy, and I think it's causing intermittent readings. I'm going to try reseating it, but this is frustrating for a relatively new install. Build quality is okay for the money, but the fitment issues and potential sensor problems keep this from being a solid recommendation.
