I wanted to like this chair, but unfortunately, it's very uncomfortable to sit on. The main issue is that the massage balls protrude too much and press directly into your back, making it painful rather than relaxing. The massage function is also far too strong and difficult to tolerate, even on the lowest setting. Instead of feeling like a luxury, it feels more like a torture device. Massage is great from neck down to low buttocks. Although some of the setting are adjustable for intensity others are not. My wife and I live it and my Tylenol and ibuprofen use is way down. The color is a warm off white with gray and beige tones and rich looking. There is no leg, foot, arm and hand massage. The looks streamline build, value and massage with zero gravity psositions as an option is excellent. Happy with the delivery and premium unpacking service. Company hard to deal with, chair very uncomfortable can't sit in for long as opposed to what reviewers from paid sites tell you. Find something better I would not buy again.
