These chairs are perfect for the location I wanted to put them in my living room. They are tall enough for me to sit comfortably (I'm 5'10"), but low profile enough to not block the view from the window. Assembly took about 1 1/2 hours by myself. The arms were a little tricky but just required a little patience. I've only had them a few weeks, but they seem to be very sturdy

This chair is offered at a great price and comes in a neutral color. It is easy to assemble and is sturdy. The rotation works well. Packaging was very good. My 3-star rating is based on the quality of the product. One of the chair's side pieces had a visual imperfection. Customer service was very responsive and shipped me a new piece without question and free of charge. The replacement piece also had some quality issues, which was very disappointing. So my complaint is in their quality control prior to packaging and shipping. A simple visual inspection would have eliminated the issues. UPDATE 1/9/25 My star rating for the COLAMY swivel chair has been raised from 3 to 4. This is due to the improved quality of the chair and excellent customer service. COLAMY customer service proactively reached out to me this past week and wanted to ensure that I was satisfied with their product. To my pleasant surprise, they suggested that they would send me a new chair, with arrival within 7 days. The replacement chair's quality was much improved over the original purchase. The arm pieces were perfect this time (this was my original problem and complaint). The chair was easy to assemble with all parts fitting properly. If you want a small casual swivel chair that is well-made, is comfortable, looks good and doesn't cost a lot, this chair just might fit the bill.

The fabric has almost a sweater boucle look and in a good way. Pretty easy to set up if you make sure you have the parts aligned. Time will tell how the cushions hold up

I rushed home from work to put together my new chair in excitement only to be disappointed after sending about 1 hour putting it together. The chair sits to low to floor and looks kid size compared to my furniture, which make it look really cheap. The seat cushion is wider than the actual seat width so it look smashed after attempting to place it in chair. I was so hesitate to purchase it because I never bought this kind if furniture online. After weeks of having it in my chart and reading reviews I decided to try it. I want to cry while writing this post. Now the hassle of trying to return it. It wasn't expensive, and I guess you get what you pay for. But I absolutely can not keep it. 😭

Although I ended up liking the chair, I will not buy another one unless it comes pre-assembled. That was the most frustrating furniture assembly for something that should have been relatively simple. It was 10 screws. How hard can it be? Ridiculously hard. The instructions came with an extra sheet to address the alignment issues. It says to “pat” the front of the chair to align. After 2 1/2 hours of contorting my body into positions that it hasn’t accomplished in many years and “patting” the chair while screaming a few obscenities, I now have a chair.

I cannot speak for the longevity of this product because we've only had the chairs a couple of weeks. I will say that for the price, these chairs were an excellent bargain. Yes, they are compact, but also relatively comfortable even after sitting for long periods. I also like the swivel feature.
