Love this COLAMY PU Leather Accent Chair! It was well-packaged, undamaged and easy to put together. The chair itself is stylish, with a sleek mid-century modern design that I was looking for (without breaking the bank). The PU leather is of excellent quality, soft to the touch, and easy to clean. The wood frame is sturdy and the cushions are generously padded so it’s very comfortable to sit in. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it.

This COLAMY PU Leather Accent Chair in a mid-century modern style is a nice, portable piece that we can move from room to room as needed. According to the box, it weighs around 22 pounds. During the unpacking process, there was the traditional hardware pack, and then I found a small bag with two long bolts just tossed into the box. These two bolts were not on my inventory list. As it turned out, I ended up using these to secure the seat to the back, since the ones they wanted me to use were not long enough. Upon initial inspection, I found that the back right leg of my chair has some damage (see photo), which is why I am deducting one star. Both sides of the chairs arrive completely assembled, and the pieces appear to be glued together. Not the best job, as there are gaps and excess glue in places. Assembly was much easier with two people, and I did not have any problems balancing the chair before doing the final tightening of the bolts. The instructions are straight forward. There are white plastic feet on the bottom, which might be okay for carpeted areas, but I am skeptical about using them on my hardwood floors. I plan to remove the feet and install felt pads. The chair is comfortable, but I find it to be somewhat awkward. If I slouch in the chair, the arms are the perfect height, but I get no lumbar support. If I sit up in the chair, I find that it’s better for my lower back but then the arms are too low. Made in China. Overall, this COLAMY accent chair is handy and can easily be moved from room to room, which is why I ordered it. The quality and comfort are good, but not great.

Comfy, wide, and low to the ground. Perfect for a reading corner! So why the 3 stars? It was so annoying to put together and we had two people that are used to putting together all kinds of Ikea and chinese diy furniture. There's very few pieces to actually put together and the instructions warn to not tighten until all pieces are in. We followed those instructions, and still had a great deal of difficulty fitting it together. My husband and I had to throw our combined weights to wedge it into the right position to fit the screws in. Once it's put together, it's fine though. Super sturdy and comfy. Oh and one wooden arm is unfinished and feels gritty/rough, while the other side is smooth and glossy, so that's annoying.
