These chairs are perfect for extra seating in our living room. They are comfortable, but not the cozy snuggle up and watch a movie kinda chair. They are sleek and fit our living room well. Easy to assemble and much sturdier than previous purchases. I love the color and the texture of the fabric. They look well made. I didn’t have super high expectations for this chair but it’s actually really comfy (perfect firmness- kinda squishy but definitely not plush), was super easy to put together, and looks so nice!!! This chair is actually better than I expected, so I wanted to write a review. First, on assembly. Putting furniture together fills me with dread. I am a reasonably competent adult, but I'm not very coordinated. I didn't find this particularly difficult, even though I did it myself. There was one screw (there's *always* one screw!) that gave me trouble, and it probably took me twice as long because of that one screw, but it wasn't difficult. I personally found it easiest to lay on the floor the side with the leg I wanted to insert, then insert and fully tighten the front screw. That made it much easier to line up the second screw. Be aware you're working in a tight space with the back legs, so it's not difficult to tighten them (except for that ONE SCREW!) but it is time-consuming. BTW, the legs are stored underneath the seat. It didn't take me long to find them, but just in case someone is confused! The seat is *plenty* roomy. I'm not a small woman -- I'm both tall and overweight -- and there was plenty of room both front to back and side to side. (I saw one review that said the seat was too short, and now I'm mystified by that one!) I read the measurements, of course, but was still pleasantly surprised at how large it is. It IS a foam seat, so it is on the firm side. It's not the most comfortable seat of all time, but it's more comfortable than I expected for the price. It seems very sturdy. The legs are solid, and the whole thing feels solid once assembled. I got the brown chair, and it's a really nice medium chocolate shade of brown -- not too orange or yellow. I'd say the photo is accurate on my computer. All in all, I'm very pleased. I wouldn't buy this as a seat I'd sit in for hours every day, but for a guest chair, an accent chair, it's better than I expected, particularly for the price. Easy to put together. Had to look for the legs as they were tucked away in the bottom. The seat is a bit hard, but softening with use. Decent chair for the money and fits nicely in bedroom.

I absolutely love these chairs. They are a solid weight, the fabric is soft and sturdy, and the chair is very easy to put together. Don't forget to look underneath the chair for the legs. They are in a zippered compartment. The best thing of all is that it is comfortable, wide in the seat cushion and high enough in the back. Remember though, if you are buying these for hanging out and cushy, cozy comfort, this is not your chair. It is for structured, yet comfortable sitting, not for lounging all over it. ... show more

The chair looks nice but feels cheaply made and is very firm. If you’re looking for a comfy chair that you can sit in for a long time, I would not recommend this one. If you’re looking for a chair that looks nice but won’t be used for long term sitting, I would consider this one.
