The only problem was in contacting the company to supply same. VERY difficult to reach; phone number not in service but eventually found one with recorded message to leave info, but mailbox was full the 6 times I called. Got lucky and was able to talk to a person who advised of info they needed and supplied an email address. Awaiting the pillow, but will consider returning thru Amazon if it doesn't arrive by return date, as Amazon does nothing about missing parts. (understandable) ***As of February 6, decided to return chair after being informed pillow would take @ 2 months. Intuition tells me that's not happening. Can always reorder, but have lost the thrill. I love this chiar. I got it to go into my guest bedroom because I needed a small chair with a pop of color ( yellow muster). It's sturdy and it seams to be a very stable chair too. It look good in my room and I thing gave my room the finish that it needed. I would highly recommend this chair.

I only ordered one chair in case I had trouble with assemble. Once it was assembled it looks good and is comfortable so I would give 5 stars on that. The assembly problems is that the space to insert and turn the screw is very tiny you are putting the screw in blind as you cant see the opening. My hand was too large to get one of the screws in so it is put together with only two screws. nevertheless when assembled it looked great and was a perfect fit so I ordered the second chair and will have a tiny friend with smaller hand to assemble. ... show more
