I order 2 30ft leads and one came damaged in the package. I was pissed at first because I needed the wire for Monday morning and they arrived on Saturday. Fearing that I might have to make the damaged wire make due. I put in a request for a replacement and they immediately sent out a replacement and the return process. Thankfully the replacement arrived today (Sunday) and is in good working order. When I was attaching the lugs and clamps I realized that they were all from Temco and that I had acquired them back when I was a kid 20 years ago and was replacing them on new wire 20 years later. Quality product and service far as I'm concerned. Good job and will mention this to all I work with. Great prices too btw!

I only buy TEMCo welding cable for my power / grounding cable needs. I’ve used it for main power off the alternator, starter cable, grounded all my vehicle, welders, wired amps, winches, Anderson plugs, made custom length jumper cables, if I have needed #6 awg - 2/0 awg cable, TEMCo wire has been my go to. Not once have I had any issues, with quality, craftsmanship, broke wires, or high impedance. Ive only received high quality, all copper, USA made wire which is why I continue to use TEMCo. It’s a ton of small stranded wire so it’s very flexible, nice to work with and for the price you can’t beat it!

Great cable! It’s a flexible Made in U.S.A. cable. Seems like good jacket material and wire. I used this with Temco cable lugs to make some welding whips and ground leads.

conductor material is high quality, the price is hard to beat, and if you are wanting a cable that is flexible/maneuverable this style of welding cable is what you need. How flexible is it? Well the order of 15ft of 2 ga both red/black came all coiled up similar to a coil springs appearance, it was no wider than my hand in diameter and about 9" tall! again that was for the combo of red/black, so 2, 2 AWG 15' cables can be wound up in a circle with a diameter of less than 6 inches! If you need something more flexible than that well I don't even want to know what you are attempting to do 😂 As many are likely buying for battery cables, there is no turns you could come across that this couldn't navigate! This will also make for great jumper cables, as the flexibility means it will store away in a much smaller profile than many of the store bought cables. I am likely going to make some this winter, as my old cables have always been a complete hassle to store neatly, and those don't have nearly the capacity as this cable would! If I can come up with a con, it would be(maybe) the insulation is very soft and pliable, feels great, but I would be hesitant to leave the cables naked, as it feel like they could chafe easily in a automotive enviroment. I don't know that they actually would, just more of a feeling. Since I was also going to be running this near the engine, the slightly lower heat rating than SGX Battery cable was also on my mind. this shouldn't have any issue with the majority of cases, I just always have the prepare for the worst mindset.. so I covered the cable with Insultherm sleeving to give it great abrasion resistance and heat protection, and then over that used red colored expandable braid so that it it added a bit of visual appearance as well as should help draw attention to its location as I rerouted cables through areas that would not be as common, and in the unlikely event that a shop ends up doing some work on my vehicle, this should help to avoid any accidental damage due to not being easily visible. is this necessary?... no probably not, but I like to do things in an OCD meticulous type manner, the added protection is peace of mind, and look great too!
