This is a massage chair with absolutely no padding for comfort. It sits very low to the ground which makes hard to get out of. I am 5’2”and the chair is small for me. My daughter at 5’6” felt uncomfortable in it. It has rollers that go down/up the spine approximately 12-16 inches, from my waist to the bottom of my shoulder blade. Additional rollers go from base of skull to top of shoulders. But there Is 6”of shoulders that is missed completely by the rollers. You can move around a bit to try to get those but not effectively. The seat, hips, and waist are pressed by air bags. I couldn’t feel any heat. It is not a comfortable soft chair. You will use the massage features for a max of 20 minutes and be done. ... show more

Hopefully it lasts. It’s so much better than I anticipated! The Heat works great! The butt and sides massage is awesome! I lowered the neck setting height to dig deep into my traps which has been a lifesaver. And the back is so strong that I am sore, which I really needed.
