The media could not be loaded. Great value for the money. Awesome coffee warmer HOT, Hot and hotter! I had to take a minute to review this warmer as it deserves the time. I would give it more stars if I could! I do not understand the reviews that claim it does not get HOT enough it gets plenty HOT. As far as Functionality this nice little jewel has 3 settings, when the Red led light is on that’s the hottest , purple is medium and blue is low. I start off on red even though purple would probably do, and I may implement that next time, when my coffee is half full (or) half gone (depends on your view, lol) , I turn it down to medium, purple, as my coffee starts getting pretty HOT, steaming up my glasses when I take a sip. Yes I’m a sipper :) Then when my coffee gets to about 1/4 full, I then switch it to blue which is the low setting because with the small amount of liquid the purple medium setting starts getting a bit hot and steamy. As far as the complaints about not being able to see the power button I do not understand that either, as you barely have to run your finger across it and it lights up and stays lighted until you switch it off or it goes off if you leave your mug off of it too long.l and I absolutely love that safety feature, my old one did not do this auto safety shut-off and I’d worry it would accidentally get left on and cause a fire BUT NOT THIS ONE , excellent safety features. As soon as you lift your mug off the base the light around the power button starts to flash and if the mug is not replaced in several minutes, I’m not sure how long, guessing maybe 5 minutes, I have never had it shut off while I was drinking my coffee, but to test it’s safety features I have left the warmer with the power on with nothing on it and walked in the other room for several minutes and came back and it did exactly what it was designed to do and shut off for my safety. Also another super nice function is the LED light circle that directs me to my mug in the dim light that I like when I first wake up without blinding me, it’s a nice LED light that is pleasing to the eyes with pleasing colors.

The second half of my tea was always cold. Now it's still hot This saves me having to boil the kettle so often, saving electricity, or at least offsetting it. Also saving on teabags, milk and sugar. It works well with all my cups and mugs, even the thicker ones although they do take a little longer to warm up. I did have an old heated coaster before, but this one is far better at heating the drink. It looks great. Plus, there's a small lip around the edge to stop the mug from sliding off. That was particularly important to me as I was a little worried about my tea falling off and spilling on my computer. Overall, I give this 5/5

In the past, when I would concentrate on my work, my coffee would get cold. So I bought this warmer to keep my coffee hot. I still focus on my work, but my coffee stays hot. Others have complained that the top heat setting doesn’t keep the liquid hot but I haven’t had that problem. The top setting is perfect. If you want scolding hot liquids because you enjoy burning your mouth then this isn’t the unit for you but I like it. When you lift your mug off the heater, a power button below the unit powers off the heater to protect against heating accidents. When you place the mug back on, after taking a drink, the heater turns back on at the same power level as before. The only minor complaint is locating the “on” switch since it blends in with the surrounding area. I solved the problem by putting a dab of typewriter whiteout on the switch so it’s visible.

I had my old mug warmer for literally decades. Plug it in: Turn it On/Off. The new VeRosky is more complex, but happily the directions seemed simple. So, I plugged it in, put my cup on it and nothing happened. When I pushed the "Adjust Temp" button, it came "on" - temporarily - flashing rather than simply lighting up. I asked "Why?" here online and got some very thoughtful answers, one of which pinpointed the problem: The warmer must be on a solid, flat surface, due to the cooling vents and gravity sensor switch underneath. This is only implied (to the switch-savvy), not spelled-out in the directions. I'd kept the old warmer on a flat mouse pad to insulate it from my glass-topped desk. But, even a flat mouse pad is too flexible for the gravity sensor switch to operate. Replacing the mouse pad with a flat, rigid insulator allowing air circulation but no cushioning did the trick! The warmer now operates to specifications and seems a good investment. I like the temperature options. Medium/purple is enough when my cup is partially empty. And, I appreciate the turn-off safety features. I'm grateful there's a place to ask questions and people willing and able to help! Thank you! So far, I'd recommend this warmer, and I gave it 4 stars. When I've had it longer, I may give it 5.

This mug warmer does keep my coffee hot. My only issue is I keep hitting the on/off button. The surface underneath gets really hot and could burn some surfaces.
