I have been taking these multi vitamins for over a year and have not had any issues with them. My nails grow super fast and are strong. My hair has more volume and is long, and my Vit D deficiency is gone. I supplemented with an additional Vit D3 because I needed to be at 90mcg for the deficiency, but now I don't need to. I wish the pill also contained Iron, this I have to take separately. I love that it has L-lysine, Zinc and pro-biotics and digestive enzymes as well as mycelium extracts. My energy has been hard to track due to other conditions, but this is one of the most complete multis I've found on the market that has pretty much most of what I wanted and the awesome herbal/vegan extras. My only complaints are that they are quite pricey, wish you could buy in bulk at a reduced price. That there are 4 pills needed to get the daily dosage. There is always 1 extra pill left even though it should be 120 capsules (thanks tho? Lol) and with my most recent shipment, the color is drastically different, and I haven't seen this variation in the last year. I will reach out to the brand and see if there is a new formulation and keep an eye on any side effects if they should occur.

I was looking for a women’s multivitamin and came across this product and thought I’ll give it a try. I am on my second bottle now and I have been seeing the results of taking them. They have a fishy taste which is the omega3 but other than that it’s good!

First off, these are phenomenal vitamins. Extremely comprehensive and some of the best ingredients you can find these days. I’ve used them for at least a year now and suddenly in the new shipment I received I noticed the formulation is a lighter color (not a big deal) but the capsules now have an AWFUL flavor to them. Truly gag-worthy. I have to chase them with something flavored so the taste doesn’t linger. It’s like fishy plastic I don’t even know how to describe it. You can smell it as soon as you open them. I hope they go back to what they used before! 99% sure it’s the capsule itself. Otherwise, great vitamins!

I'm so happy to have found these. I was taking a multivitamin & a bunch of additional supplements daily before I found these. I was still exhausted and had no energy. Since finding these my energy levels have gone up, I'm sleeping better, & have been able to get off almost all of the additional supplements. They may be over $35 but in the long run they save me a ton of money because I don't have to buy so many other things. I feel better than I have in a very long time. (Side note, this is my husband's account. I just use it. So this is a female doing the review)

So the first bottle, like others have commented, was darker yellowish color. Changed my energy and had the normal b vitamin urine color change. Then next three bottles of the white looking pills I believed the company saying it’s the same. Three bottles of the white powder pills later and I call BS! I don’t have the good feeling I got and the urine doesn’t change b vitamin color and the taste is grosser than gross. But I tried to hang in for three months hoping they would go back to the original and now they made me gag and vomit because the taste buds says no more! So I cancelled my subscription and will find something else that doesn’t change drastically like this used to be awesome product changed drastically!

I initially ordered there around late October and the first batch was awesome. I ordered more in December and the packaging was different, as well as smell and color. I thought perhaps they changed the formula and packaging, but those smelled nasty and made me nauseous. I ordered another batch recently and it's fine again. The ones on the left that are more yellow are the good ones.
