If you're new to self-tanning, it is recommended to start with Medium. How should I prepare my skin before applying for the best results? Remove unwanted hair and exfoliate thoroughly, ideally 6–24 hours before applying. Apply tan to dry skin with no moisturizers. Apply a small amount of moisturizer to very dry areas like elbows, knees, and ankles to prevent product from over-absorbing Is the mitt applicator included in the kit? Do I need anything else for application? Yes, a soft velvet tanning mitt is included in the kit.
