    • Was hoping for something better
I really wanted this to work because anyone who self tans and is not extremely nimble, it's hard to get the middle of your back. The applicator feels cheap and like it would break if you apply to much pressure. It helps get the product to the area but as far as rubbing it in, I would not recommend it. It works if you have nothing else to help you out, but that's what fiancé are for lol. ... show more

First, and probably most important is, I still cannot access my entire back with this device. It's probably on me for getting older and less limber but it is advertised as assisting with back application. The first use went very smoothly despite my reach problems. I waited a little over a week to use it again and while cleaning the pad, I noticed the material separating from the pad. Granted, it includes two replacement pads, but if you have to replace them after two uses, I sure can't see this endeavor lasting very long. (And yes, I thoroughly cleaned and rinsed the pad after the first use and air-dried as recommended). The overall design is very good and seems sturdy.     • Poorly Made, Flimsy Materials. Broken & Unusable After 2 Applications.
Flimsy materials and poorly made. I used this to just apply self tanner to my back, not even to rub it in ( which I used a double handed cloth to do) , and after using it only twice the fabric detached from the wand making it totally useless. Waste of money.

    • Flimsy and too short to be effective
This has a great concept, but the material is too flimsy to use well, and far to short to reach the middle of your back. I was hopeful, but have returned it.

I self tan from Bondi Sands, and this is what the back paddle does for you so you can reach her back and you don’t have to have somebody else do it for you would be a rep purchase if need be
