As a person, who by trade, I build design, construct and repair equipment for a billion dollar plus company. The design and layout of this canopy is terrible. The quality of the material is substandard and a waste of time and money. Shortly after the erection of this canopy the main canopy top ripped at two corner seams and by the next day the canopy was unusable. I followed the directions given by Amazon and contacted the company. Requesting a replacement for the canopy. They have no canopies available and are requesting that I wait at a minimum 20 day to receive a new one. I spent 5 hours repairing the bad one and everyday more stitching comes loose in different parts of the canopy. The most disappointing is the metal framework is already beginning to rust and sag at different points around the frame. So if this unit survives one summer, I have wasted 400.00 dollars. Please don't buy this unit, its junk. Although the company reached out after 48 hours. Their responses did nothing to help correct the issue.

Great customer service. Two of the top frame prices were incorrectly made. I used the customer assist through Amazon and the replacement parts came quickly. I have it drilled into my deck and strapped down with rope. Like any tent you need to secure it

Screwing bottom posts into top posts does not work. They break or the screw part goes down instead of up and in. Finally up on Sunday. Destroyed Thursday in strong winds.

Wish product details included that this gazebo is not waterproof I was devastated when sitting in it I took a shower totally soaking wet from a small rain shower trying to figure out how to stay dry, fix this problem, or return this horrible product I have had smaller and dryer gazebos

sucks do not buy it put it up barley any wind and tied down like any tent poles where stil in ground but top blew over with wind at 2 to 3 mph snapped the weld as i now see in other reviews when u try to get replacement parts or help all they do is give u a run around and u just wnd up counting your loss i wouldnt wven give them a star rating

Not a good product the mesh curtains zipper was torn and the canopy top was not a good one the corners was bad overall I would not buy from this company again plus it had a ribbon like thing that went around the top of the mesh curtains that was torn so an 1 out of a 10
