Great product for the price. Initial set up took a little bit as we figured it out, but fairly intuitive and not difficult for one person. Top and sides are a great addition and handled the first rainstorm without any issues. 12x12 provides plenty of room for a picnic table as well as storage for wood etc. easy to take down and pack away. Note the size of the tent and bag size when purchasing to make certain it fits in your vehicle.

This is definitely the one to buy if you plan to use it in warm weather locations. The screen top allows air flow and even though we keep the solid top on, the air between means the tent stays cooler and we have no issue with condensation. The storm panels can be set to provide partial privacy by only connecting them as high as you want. We had hours of heavy rain and wind last night and everything inside stayed dry with the exception of the floor. This doesn't come with a floor so we just used a tarp. Our site didn't have a level spot to put it so we expected some rain to run inside on the floor. I am disappointed that the door way doesn't have a storm panel or even the Velcro to attach one. Fortunately last night's rain did not come from the doorway direction. I did figure out that we could simply hang a tarp on the inside top doorway support and use binder clips to secure it close but I would prefer to have had it integral to the unit. We had a prior popup with a solid roof that we found way too hot, also it was the kind you fold in a circle and we had one heck of a time getting it folded. We found the setup of this one SUPER easy except for attaching the solid roof which we couldn't find a video to show us how. We put it on after we had pushed up the center and next time plan to put it on BEFORE pushing up the center. The solid roof has small poles that attach to the shelter and keep it firmly in place as well as keeping it off from the side itself Even my husband who after the last popup disaster was against getting another one, loves it and can't believe how well made it is and so easy to set up. We have 2 four foot tables, 2 zero gravity recliners, 2 kids bag chairs, a 2 ft side table and an adult chair with side table all along the outer perimeter. We have lots of storage under the 2 long tables and have one of the long tables set up as an outdoor kitchen. Yes, we brought way too much stuff with us but will be using the next 2 months to cull out what we need as we start this new adventure of full time rv-ing!

Nice looking screen tent for our backyard - bigger than we expected and sets up in literally 2 min (if it takes longer than that you have it upside down!). Unfortunately it came with an incomplete seam where they missed the fabric on one side for about 2 inches. Not worth sending it back for that but it's a bummer, hoping we can fix it? Setup tip: the middle point of the roof should be pointing DOWN when you start! Also, I'm 5'6" and can set it up alone just fine.

I absolutely love tis Gazebo! I am disabled and it only took a few minutes to put up… Genius design and the skylight is awesome!! It’s raining now and the cover is perfect and keeps the dripping away from the walls so everything remains perfectly dry. I live under it in the summer and wish I had gotten the bigger one but this is the best one I’ve ever bought. Don’t hesitate to buy this if you love the outdoors like I do. Sleeping under the stars with no bug visitors is perfect! Will need to by twine and stakes to secure it but that is no big deal as it has plenty of space to secure it! Well done COBIZI!

Great tent but I don’t think it’s truly 10x10. I upgraded to this one because of the privacy walls but it’s definitely smaller than my previous tent. It didn’t blow away during a storm but it still ripped unfortunately due to high winds. We patched it up and haven’t had any problems.

As expected. The blue is beautiful and bright, easy up and down. Only wish the panels would have been labeled top and bottom, would have saved a lot of frustration during the heat wave. 1 person can put up with ease, as I am only 5’1.

I'm 64 years old, 5'2, 113 pounds with RA and osteoarthritis . I put this up almost by myself. I will say it did not just 'pop-up' for me because I'm pretty small. However, I did it by just popping the sides first. .. I had to get my son to pop the ceiling, I could not reach it the next time I'll pop the top first. It was windy when I put it up, that didn't help. To me, the instructions are pretty useless.. if you have used a tent or canopy it's easy to figure out One thing I got a bit confused about is the door They send 3 skinny fold poles and 2 larger poles. You will need to you the 3 skinny ones for the sides and overhead of the door. It will not give you a good shape until you put them in. The one I got has the wall covers and porch. The last two poles will support the door cover and make a porch. I'm using mine permanant as a cover for a portable hot tub . As of now, I've got nothing in it. I plan to as a video once I get the walls on and the top cover. . It's plenty of room. It's been up 2 days...and both days we have had wind and storms. So far, it's great. But since I had not put on the top fabric or walls, no idea how dry it will stay yet. I'm really proud of it. I wish it had a floor like a tent but if you need a big gazebo fairly quick... This one is great. Will update once we get tub in and check dryness
