Arrived in record time & perfectly packed. Be mindful that this product arrives in 5 separate boxes & may/may not be delivered on different days. - Ease of setup…8/10. If done alone, an hour. 10/10! 30-40 mins. the most if setup with help. - Durability…10/10! Will last a longtime if assembled/disassembled with care & stored properly. - Build Quality…10/10. Structurally sound & efficient for its purpose. - Rip Resistant…10/10. Not one complaint in this regard. A few observations & update: After our first use of the tent, during the breakdown/packing away process I saw that a few of the numbered stickers became removed. This lead to having to figure out which poles/connectors were which if not familiar with the tent the next time around. To alleviate this problem, I took my time & used a permanent marker to number the inside of each piece/connector (on both ends). Additionally, I purchased a few: 83"x12"x8" - Long Carry/ Storage Bags for Party Tents by DELTA which are perfect as I placed each respective numbered poles in their own bags. All of the connectors were able to fit in a bin for storage/transport. These purposeful extra steps allowed for a group of 10 ppl to setup/ take down the tent in its entirety in 30 mins the next time we needed it. No, I did not receive this item free. Love this tent. It’s pretty, easy to set up with a few people. We have used it several times with no issues. We do use heavy duty stakes to keep it in place since we tend to get wind, but have never had an issue.

Front door straps for keeping rolled up dry rotted. Top anchor loop came off on one corner.
