The 10x20 Pop Up canopy I ordered was NOT NEW. The product was clearly used and repacked (poorly) Frame and Case specifically were used previously. The sides and canopy were new. Missing spare screws.

The frame is built to last. Unfortunately, the fabric is not made to last. After only 5 days, small holes started appearing where the fabric comes in vibration with the frame.

    • Easy up and down
We bought the 10x20 size for a luau party and it was perfect. Plenty of height to stand up underneath, there was a breeze that day and everything stayed together. It took 3 people 20 minutes to put up and I was able to take it down myself in about 30. This was definitely worth the money.

    • This is NOT "Heavy Duty"!
DO NOT BUY IF YOU EXPECT THE SLIGHTEST BREEZE OR SLIGHT WIND GUSTS! Set up the tent for the first time for an outdoor event. Setup was as easy and straight forward as other pop-up tents. Fairly calm weather with slight gusts of wind 7-10mph...nothing that the tent shouldn't have been able to handle. We anchored the legs with the included sand bags filled with a mix of sand and water. Within 10 minutes, tent cloth material ripped at multiple locations, specifically where the velcro straps wrap around the poles (side walls) and where the top straps secure to the frame. Due to the pole legs being securely anchored, there was a LOT of swaying movement, which was surprising given the reasonably low breezes. All poles bent within minutes and two poles completely snapped before end of event and had to be secured with many feet of duct tape. ... show more

    • Great Canopy But…
I wanted to give this canopy five stars but after the first time I used it the feet broke on several of the legs. The area where the stakes go through is plastic and breaks easily when trying to remove the stakes. I have them struggling with trying to find those replacement parts. I messaged the company but have yet to get a response as to whether replacement “feet” are and option. Beyond that, the canopy holds up well. I have encountered any other issues. ... show more
