It was very easy set up and very sturdy. The side walls are perfect. We strong outdoor lights in it.. The first time we used the storage bag, zipper was broken and company was quick to respond and quick to send replacement bag out. Would highly recommend this! Great purchase!

They show people hanging off it. If you hang from it, you are going to break it. It is sturdy, but not sturdy enough for you to hang off it. It is easy to assemble. It is pretty heavy. We love it, but would not hang off it.

This is in follow-up to my original four-star review, which has deteriorated to a one-star review because COBIZI customer service, which I strongly suspect is an AI-generated response, has been terrible. COBIZI customer service has given me a run-around for two months and have failed to replace two broken parts, one of which is a critical corner connector. Twice they blamed their shipper for damaging the packages containing replacement parts, making the packages undeliverable. To their credit, they offered me a $20 rebate, but I deem that as "hush-and-go-away" money. Now they want me to repackage and return the 100-lb canopy upon which they'll charge me a restocking fee. All this trouble for two replacement fittings. Bottom line is they've had more than eight weeks to send replacement parts and have failed miserably. Add to that is this extremely frustrated customer. Originally, I was pleased to learn how easy it was to set up this canopy. It is sturdy, except for the corner where the broken connector is. The canopy is hefty (~100 lbs), so it's pretty much a two-person minimum set-up. I was disappointed to find two of the plastic connectors were cracked when we first expanded the frame, which started this saga of poor customer service.

Past 10x20's could not handle the lightest rain, not this one. We had a fairly heavy rain come through, no issues. No pooling no wind issues, it's tough. Heavy this is not a light weight frame. Took everything I had to get it up to deck. It's designed like a circus high top very steep sides. Inside height is way higher than standard ones. 4 bages for sand if you need them I make parachute bungee cords to hold it down. Very nice canopy for the extra money no need for reinforcing frame/top. One thing I would suggest, a tie down strap on each side in middle(10 foot in) position. Good job Cobizi. Now let's see a 10' version.

We are so happy with this canopy, it looks great we feel like it was well worth the money that we spent. We set our canopy up over our patio and we have had hours and hours of great fun just sitting under it and staying cool during the hot sunny days and we love sitting under it when it’s raining and just relaxing and listening to the rain at the top. After a few months, a tear developed in one of the points where you attach the canopy to the frame. We contacted the company and sent pictures of what happened and they sent us a new top to replace it. We are extremely happy with the quality of the canopy , and with the quickness that the customer service responded and replaced our top. I would highly recommend this canopy to anyone. We have enjoyed it so much. Any product can have a defect in it that can’t be helped but this company was so great about replacing the top. I can’t say enough about how easy it was to have our top replaced free of charge. Hope this review will help you.

This was really wonderful to set up leave it or not better than the EZ up. We use it to cover the camping table and the backside to make like a patio because there’s so much rain where we go camping in July and August very impressed with the panels and how they attached.
