I was looking for a good tent larger than 10x10, came across this one and read the reviews. I was skeptical to get it with the price tag. Now! I don't know why it got quite of few bad reviews, love it from the delivery box to putting it up. I unpack it and seen the good quality of the frame. It was easy to put up and to take down. The storage bag can be overall an 1 inch larger. And the material can be a little thicker. But it is well built, yes I would buy it again if I needed another one. I used it to hold the food service area during a family event, the relatives were impressed with the size and the windows on the walls of the tent. I was to busy to take pictures, also we left it standing for three days due to some rain and left it out for a well needed sunny day so the material can dry before putting it away to prevent molding.

I wanted to give this canopy five stars but after the first time I used it the feet broke on several of the legs. The area where the stakes go through is plastic and breaks easily when trying to remove the stakes. I have them struggling with trying to find those replacement parts. I messaged the company but have yet to get a response as to whether replacement “feet” are and option. Beyond that, the canopy holds up well. I have encountered any other issues.

The frame is sturdy with smart pins so you don't pinch your fingers. My husband and I put this up by ourselves and it was super simple. We were able to put it away in its bag with the top on (although it was a little snug) and get the sides in the bag too. One person set up/take down, it’s easy. Kept the rain off my products and the sun off my face😁. A really great value I’ve paid more for other tents that didn’t even last one season, I expect to have this one for years. Oh and get the walls too you won’t regret it either.

Amazingly easy to set up…if you are familiar with the basic 10ft east up canopy this is the exact same idea…but bigger. Definitely has some weight to it. Recommend opening to inspect if main poles were not damaged in transit. One of ours had been dented and we didn’t discover until day of event and past retrun window. Was able to use but would impact resale as we planned on using once and reselling.

It was relatively easy to put up by myself and could probably be put up in 10-15 minutes by two people. I entitled this rating "Well see" because of two things. #1 This is how it is described on Amazon. "All Season Wind Waterproof Commercial Outdoor Wedding Party Tents for Parties". "Waterproof canopy gazebo tent with waterproof strip adopts heat-sealed seam technology, 100% waterproof, 1500mm waterproof pressure. Wedding tent professionally protects you from sun, wind and rain. " A WARNING in the instruction sheet states, "Canopy should not be left up in the rain. This product is not intended to withstand constant rain or inclement weather". We have a family backyard party on Saturday and rain is expected. That was the reason I bought it. #2 One of the corners does not have the "D ring" to tie it down in the event of wind. If it holds up Saturday I expect the manufacturer to replace the canopy with "D rings" on all four corners. I'll be happy to return the original canopy. I guess we'll see if they monitor the reviews.
