Buy it. I've taken ours on several comping trips and it has been fantastic. The roof has some pretty good waterproofing, it started to leak a little after like 7 hours of solid constant rain. THE sides are not waterproof at all but that's fine, they at least stop the rain and wind so idc if water wicks through the sides. One thing we tend to do is attach the sides going around but not to the canopy so the walls only come up about 3 feet from the ground and then fold over. This makes it great for cooking in fair weather but easy to close it up at night or if the wind kicks up. Pretty solid frame too. I would definitely buy this again. I purchased the black one for colder weather but I'm seriously considering getting one of the lighter colors for summer weather. Two buddies and myself were able to stay pretty warm during a spring turkey hunt in the adirondack mountain's with just one buddy heater running in there. When I fold it up I leave the top on but just unvelcro it from the sides and it folds up pretty nicely. Sides have to come off every time though which is alright. ... show more
