Time will tell, but installed the canopy today. It fit perfectly. I’ve installed a few of these over the years and have learned a few tricks to make installation easier. Always undo the Velcro on the apron before hooking the corners. After you do the two hardest to reach corners pull the canopy over the top opening then lift and set the top canopy in place. Then pull the last two corners down and hook them in place. The third corner will be hard and the last corner will be hardest. It will need a big boy tug. Once all four corners are hooked on, go back and hook the middle cups. Then reattach the Velcro apron seams. This canopy quality seems better than the last on I bought (different brand). I live in central Florida so if I get 2 years before replacement I will be happy. ... show more

The canopy fit perfect and the color is beautiful. My husband and I were able to put it together without any issues. I love that the netting around the top piece is black, which matches our black netting around the canopy. Highly recommend!

They are good and the fit is good BUT just know you will probably have to replace in a year. It also sun-fades very quickly. I hope you like pink!

I tried to get the stains out with a little laundry soap and water and it started falling part. The material literally was coming off. The stains look like another reviewer pic. It looks like the brown dye comes off onto the gray part. Ugh looks bad and seems very cheap. We are returning it. It does fit ok though, just seems like it would not last at all. There are little pin holes in it and it's just all over super thin and not a heavy waterproof like material. I could deal with all of that, but not brown stains all over the canopy. What a waste of time. Don't even bother buying this. ... show more

It's a very good quality but because I leave it up all year, I have to replace it every year. I don't mind because it's a very good price and works great during the summer to keep the heat and sun off of you. Also great in the rain and snow. It doesn't last through the hard winters but I wouldn't expect it to. ... show more

It fits very well in my frame 10x12. It needs to people and a tall ladder. The very top part has no velcro, so it’s unsecured. I bought a gray color with the lower part dark gray, and it came the top in gray, and the lower part in brown. I hate brown! The fabric is thinner. I give it three star!

We order a new canopy for our gazebo almost every year. Allen & Roth still have them available. I was excited to see they have one in Burgundy so I ordered one for next year. We can’t wait to try it out!
