My wife was complaining about dirty canopy top on our 8 x 5 BBQ Grill we bought 8 yrs ago. After some study, it seems all 8 x 5 has same structure, regardless of manufacture. Although my brand was not same, I ordered this expecting it fits. Material was a bit thinner than original, but looked fine. While replacing, I had a bit of problem to stretch and fit into 4 corners. But there was a handle that I can hook and pull in one corner I figured out. Finally, it was working and fit on my 8 x 5 and now, it looks good.

I've never had a problem with these replacement shades. Always what I need and have used it from an apartment patio to my home. They do fade but my last one gave my two years of AZ life and actually only died to a huge hailstorm.

This was such a great purchase! It was super easy to assemble (took approximately 30 minutes) came with all the parts and easy to understand instructions. I anchored it to my deck to protect my Blackstone grill from the elements. The two push button lights are a great feature, and I hung a light on the gable hook to really brighten things up if I'm grilling in the dark. Its at my camp, unattended during the week, and in the time I've had it I've never taken the "roof" off and we've gotten plenty of wind and rain, and this thing hasn't budged or toarn. I'll likely buy a 2nd one for home.

I bought this replacement cover in May 2022 (8 x 5) because of the reviews. Once I started putting the main cover on, it appeared tight but after releasing the tension on the roof frame, the cover was easier to install. As one of the reviewers mentioned that the cover fit nicely, but the top cover sagged, he was right. See photo. To fix that I added an extension to the ends of the metal bar using small pieces of wood and wrapped it with duct tape. I don't know how long it's going to last, but I can always use a screw next time. I installed the top cover and voila, the cover no longer sagged. The material is a little thicker than the original which was a dark brown color. Update 12/15/23: The cover lasted 1 year 8 months. The cover was in direct sunlight which made the cover brittle until it ripped. The original cover lasted about the same time.

This was installed on a Hampton Bay L-GG034PST 8x5 Grill Gazebo (Item#1003 545 384) from Home Depot. It fit perfectly and looks great. Even the top section fit my gazebo perfectly. Unfortunately the green appears to be no longer available, otherwise I would have bought more. I can't speak to longevity, but the material looked good. Our area is subject to intense sun and high winds. I had to anchor the gazebo to the brick wall and pavers...

I bought this to replace the one we had because it was torn up. When we installed it, it looked great and held well enough. Although, after a month or so taking a beating from the sun, the color faded fast. I’d thought it last maybe a couple years but I guess not. The material it came with isn’t as strong as I thought. Kind of fragile after being outside for a couple months. I’d probably get it again if the company fixed this issue.

I had a difficult time finding a replacement canopy as when you read through the descriptions, they all seem to be slightly off or only fit a certain brand of gazebo. I bought my 5x8 bbq gazebo used, so did not know the brand or place of original purchase. I was never able to find the right measurements for the upper canopy (mine is larger than those available) so I did what another buyer recommended in their review. I bought the beige color that most resembled my current canopy and only replaced the bottom canopy that was torn and kept my original upper canopy. It was easy to install, a good fit, and you really don’t notice the difference.

The media could not be loaded. I had the original one from manufacture on it for 3 years. No issues. Replaced due to fading. This one lasted 3 weeks. First major rain storm and this happens. Retained water and stretched. Now it looks awful. Replacement or refund would be appreciated but refund window is 29 days. What’s up with that for an outdoor product that should last a at least 12 months. I’m not one to spend time on reviews unless they are great or really terrible.
