This package came with everything that I expected it to have. But the best thing was a booklet that told you everything you could possibly want to know about each of the seeds. I’m going to follow the instructions in the booklet for each one and I expect to have a wonderful herb garden. there’s a sample page of the booklet on Amazon and if you look at it you’ll be impressed. All the dill and parsley seeds are dead - they float to the top of the water when soaked. I added some more seeds from the leftover packet, but still no live seeds. I just have a few live Lavender seeds. By comparison, the Basil has mostly good seeds. I don't know the health of the seeds that I were to be planted without soaking, I don't think I will know until several weeks pass by. ** I have more pictures but I am having technical difficulties ** Otherwise, I like the kit a lot. It's easy to use. I like the size of the pots and the tools (spray bottle, tweezers, pruner); the combination of herbs; and the pamphlet that gives info about each of the herbs. I would give it a five rating if 25% of the seeds for each herb were good. ... show more

I only planted lavender chamomile and peppermint seeds. (Peppermint was bought from another seller). 3weeks later.. The only seeds that are growing seems to be the lavender .but it’s only one seed.. I’ve waited and only planted half just in case I messed up somehow. Easy to grow not that so easy. But when you saw the first one growing, honestly it’s so cute. I talk to them every day cause someone said they need love also. Still waiting.. patience is still required. The feeling of watching that little seed grow taller every day is truly warming and peaceful. But the soil in the other two pots has moldy conditions, perhaps that's why the seeds couldn't grow. I will try it again, hope everything goes well. ... show more

I bought this kit to primarily give my rabbit some treats. I don't know if I didn't portion the dirt out correctly, but there wasn't enough to fill all of the little plastic pots. I followed the directions for germination of the seeds and planted them as directed. I have 4 that haven't sprouted at all. I do not have a green thumb at all. But I recently moved and wanted to add some life in my new place. This kit is great, if you do not know anything about growing because it has all of the instructions inside. Also, it comes with quite a few herbs to choose from. You can grow them right on your counter top. Each herb comes with a lot of seeds so don't worry if you fail at first. You can always try again! The soil discs are really cool. Just add the amount of water stated and voila! You have soil! I definitely ordered more of the soil disc so I can continue to grow. I was so proud to see my herbs starting to grow above the soil a few weeks ago! This would also be a perfect gift! ... show more

The planters are nice a little small but you only get four disc's of soil good thing we had some soil around the house. Gave this gift as a Mother's day gift and my Aunt loved it. I just wished it came with the correct things. We didn't get any Mint instead we got two cilantro seed packets. My Aunt seemed happy 😊 and that's all that matters. ... show more

Well my herbs arrived everything in tact. Planted them as suggested needing to soak a few for a day. I am missing the Rosemary and received 2 Thymes but that’s easily replaceable. Can’t wait to see some sprouts. I will give an update in a few days/weeks
