This charm arrived packaged very well, wrapped securely in plastic with styrofoam protecting the hardware so nothing got scratched during shipping. It came in perfect condition. The size is great, not too big, but substantial enough to stand out on a bag or keychain. And the durability is impressive. The metal feels solid, the weight gives it an expensive feel, and the detailing is gorgeous. It genuinely looks like a miniature luxury bag. 5 stars for the product itself, I absolutely love it. It always seems sold out or unavailable in stores whenever I check, and I didn’t really want to order directly from Coach, so getting it next day with Amazon Prime was a much better option. It’s such a cute bag charm and a nice little reminder of home while I’m away from NYC. It adds a lot of personality to my bag too. Only downside is the packaging, it was just thrown into a regular Amazon box instead of the nicer presentation you usually see online. But I get that ordering through Amazon, that part is probably out of Coach’s control. Still really happy with my purchase! ... show more
