This is a terrific PC. I compared it to the closest Alienware before purchase and it was better in nearly every spec. I did have an issue with it crashing while using very demanding games. An online remote session with a very knowledgeable tech completely solved the problem. I highly recommend this PC and CLX in general. And yes, the nine fans can be noisy if turned up all the way. Works great, super durable (since the FedEx guy rolled it up three flights of stairs and it still works), looks amazing, easy to set up, plays Starfield with smooth FPS and loading times so quick the loading bar itself doesn't fully load before it's done loading the next loading area. Update. Got some support and they tried to resolve my issue but failed to do so. Have tried to co tact them again and haven’t hear anything back from them. I had to remove my 3 stars due to lack of customer service. When this pc works, it is great, but it tends to freeze and reboot itself often as well. Not sure what the cause may be but it is really annoying when you are in the middle of a game and it just restarts or freezes up on you. But it is really pretty. ... show more

They didn't skimp on protecting the PC during shipping, double boxed and triple cushioned. I'm not a fan of the Keyboard and mouse that shipped with it as I'm a big Razer Fan. I'm still in the setup phase but it's coming along nicely. IF anything crops up along the way, I'll edit.

I had to return after a day. One of the RAM sticks did not work. It seemed to work fine after removing the dysfunctional stick for a while. I signed in to my account, but every time the PC booted up, it would say that it had issues booting up several times (I figured this would be a motherboard update I could fix later as the PC was working fine otherwise). Then after I had my account configured, the PC would constantly give me BSOD. I could not get into BIOS anymore, and I could not factory reset the device (stuck at 62%). Whenever I would try to remedy the situation, the BSOD would show up before anything could be done. I wanted to like the product and keep it because the specs are pretty decent for the price, and it has all the appropriate IO, but because of all these issues and having to debug RAM issues right out the box (no USB or video output with one of the two RAM sticks being defective) I just cannot keep it sadly. ... show more
