The kit is quality but the flow restrictor works backwards. The flow restrictor provided is Airtac part PSL601B as noted by the B on the knob. The part should be PSL601A. These parts are directional and the "B" part will not have adjustable restriction if installed per directions. It can be turned around but it will require some adapters to do so. I fortunately had the parts required to turn it around so I got it to work correctly. If you can find part PSL601A it is only a couple of dollars. Cloudray should really proved a new restrictor to everyone but I do not think they are aware and most people won't look up the Airtac data sheet. If you look on YouTube you will see people adding extra valve in series with the restrictor but it just needs to be turned around using adaptors.

IMPORTANT: In the vendor settings, on the "other" page, you must enable the blower check box and save those settings to the machine. Else, the WIND and STATUS outputs from the controller will not function. Only complaint is that a it would be better to have a delayed power off for the ventilation relay to clear out the machine when the job completes. It's a simple circuit to add... Or, better yet, do it with a controller FW upgrade and a new setting for status signal off delay time.

Came missing the diodes and I guess the wires? Now I have to order and rewire the part myself.

I took this a step further and used one of the plugs on the back of my 60w Co2 to plug in air pump. So if something happens i can unplug air pump and disconnect air line and swap it out in two minutes. This also means the vibration from the air pump, while low will not affect the laser allowing for better performance. Please see pictures for what i did. Hope this is helpful to some. Great kit. All i added was a piece of small gauge wire for the signal wires, and part of a tv power cord for the outlet to relay wire.

Seems like a decent kit but they don’t include a single page of instructions. Oh how I hate it when sellers don’t have the courtesy to include printed instructions and force you to go looking all over the internet. There is more than one way to install this kit but they don’t bother to clarify. Frustrating

All you need to upgrade your laser air assist is included in this package. Excelent. Before I purchased this kit, tried my own solutions and ended up paying a lot more.

I wish they had several different packages for “ultimate air assist” this package is good and will work. However, there is another package that would fit my platform better. For example, the bypass on the solenoid is kind of antiquated as it requires your compressor to always run. There is a better configuration that requires two solenoids but offers more flexibility on controlling airflow where the compressor/air assist is controlled by the software and is not just arbitrarily constantly running.
