IMPORTANT: In the vendor settings, on the "other" page, you must enable the blower check box and save those settings to the machine. Else, the WIND and STATUS outputs from the controller will not function. Only complaint is that a it would be better to have a delayed power off for the ventilation relay to clear out the machine when the job completes. It's a simple circuit to add... Or, better yet, do it with a controller FW upgrade and a new setting for status signal off delay time.

I wish they had several different packages for “ultimate air assist” this package is good and will work. However, there is another package that would fit my platform better. For example, the bypass on the solenoid is kind of antiquated as it requires your compressor to always run. There is a better configuration that requires two solenoids but offers more flexibility on controlling airflow where the compressor/air assist is controlled by the software and is not just arbitrarily constantly running.

All you need to upgrade your laser air assist is included in this package. Excelent. Before I purchased this kit, tried my own solutions and ended up paying a lot more.

No wiring diagram or instructions included. You will have to find YouTube videos to install. All the parts were there and correct.

This air assist kit is just what I needed for my 60W laser. Adjustable low air assist is critical for engraving with a short focal length lens.

I attached this to an OMTech 80W CO2 laser to replace the weak stock air pump and to be able to control air assist with Lightburn software. It comes with no instructions, but there are plenty of videos online showing how to install. Not difficult but you'll need to be prepared to cut wires, install new ones, and generally be OK playing with elecronics. My only advice is to ditch the tiny toggle switch and get a decent switch to replace it. I bought a DPSS (dual pole, single switch) rocker switch that is far easier to wire up and looks 100 times better. At full price, it's 'kinda expensive' especially if you don't need the AC solenoid like me - I prefer to manually control the power to my external air compressor. I go it during Amazon Prime Days, so it was a no brainer. If you're using a RUIDA controlled laser, be aware you'll need to go into the settings to enable air assist control via Lightburn, otherwise it'll just all appear to not work!
