The media could not be loaded. I'm writing a review bc reviews are SO important when purchasing a couch online. i searched literally for like a month solid for a couch for my new place. i wanted white, washable, and a deep couch me and my kids could really veg on. the look of it is awesome, its beautiful and just what i wanted, it was delivered great, comes on 2 pallets - and you have to schedule the delivery with a delivery truck. the boxes it comes in are MASSIVE which you can see in the background but i didnt want to deal with assembly, so all you have to do is screw on the pegs on the bottom (which are plastic) it is totally moveable how you want the setup to be, i have a limited space, so i ended up ordering this knowing i wouldnt be able to use all the elements, and i was planning on putting a chair and ottoman in my bedroom but it actually fits pretty well and i just put the ottoman elsewhere. its super easy to move and im a single woman, you can take the cushion off and then the base is pretty light, i mean its *doable* not light.... the material is nice, im super OCD so i know that the boucle material is gonna catch stuff really easily, like it catches lint and stuff, if you are gonna be bothered by that, dont get this. the covers being washable were a non negotiable with 3 kids, but one piece (the ottoman) did come with the box partially open, so the ottoman was dirty and I washed it and it didnt come out, so im hoping that these wash up well, not super promising that the ottoman didnt wash out. i actually got little chenille covers that match well to be cushion covers just for my sanity with my kids and dog, and i'll take those off when guests come. overall i wanted the white couch and i just have to know, with 3 kids...it may get dirty. i want to spray it with a repellant, that i havent done yet to try to help stains. overall its gorgeous and it not a crate&barrel couch but its also great for the price, im extremely OCD and im very happy with it. keep in mind, the boxes, i had a junk removal truck pick them up because i didnt want to deal with breaking them down and even trying to take them to the dump in my car. i dont regret my purchase and thats great considering ive never bought furniture online without sitting on it!! its more on the firm side but i like it, i dont want to disappear in the couch, its the right amount of comfy and firm to me. ... show more

0 stars isn’t an option so I’ll settle for 1! First issue: We purchased this couch late July with a delivery date around early August. The couch took almost 3 weeks to arrive and if I didn’t continue to call and inquire about an update they would have never given me one on their own free will. When it finally did arrive, parts of the couch were filthy! They did give me a partial discount…. But I still had to clean the couch right? Second issue: Now that I’ve received my dirty couch, I’m glad I purchased this couch because it says “easily washable”. WRONG!!! By no means take these covers off or you will never be able to get it back on. My husband has been trying for months to get these covers back in and now it’s Christmas and I’m hosting with no covers on my couch 😑 imagine that. My husband ripped a corner trying to put these covers back on!!! Third issue: This specific fabric holds onto EVERYTHING so even if you wash it the stains and dog hair will still be there regardless how hard you try. Also these little fabric beads will pop up at some point. So if you want this couch don’t have a dog, kids, hair, jeans, colored clothes, or anything that can stain a couch! This couch is perfect to just stand there and look at and say “yup that’s a good looking couch” but don’t breath next to it. Definitely not worth $2k Bonus issue: it starts off very plushy but eventually the plushiness goes away and you are stuck with thin springy cushions… again it’s December 2024 I received it in August 2024, I had a $300 couch for 3 years with no problems what so ever dog and all! The couch does not link together so they will slide apart and you will have to keep pushing it together. It also sits pretty low to the ground (doesn’t help that the plush of the cushions are gone) Overall review save you’re $2k don't buy this couch. I’m not sure how the reviews are so high but I wish it wasn’t because it would’ve saved me time, money and aggravation I won’t get back. Super happy with this couch! It looks great in the space and is very comfortable! Definitely measure before purchasing, it is much larger than expected but we are stoked on it! Material is more boucle-like than pictured
