Need parts/A REVIEW UPDATE PLEASE READ!
Color: Black
Well I will try to update this post upon use of these vehicles to comment on performance. We ordered two of these. The second one went together great with no problems. As you can see from the first picture, any quality control person would have caught the broken wheel. The other pictures are part of the steering component. The piece with the posts is supposed to slide in the tube. One side does one side does not. It was hammered in but steering is too tight. Hubby will try grinding it down but he’s a bit frustrated with it. I went with this particular item because of the battery and power in each wheel as well as the positive comments. I hope to contact and hear from seller and make this a simple new parts sent thing. UPDATE Ok y’all - I was a bit nervous ordering this type of item from Amazon because if something is wrong, it is NO fun in trying to return it or deal with any issues. I’m here to say, this company’s customer service is EXCELLENT! They contacted me because of my first review. Again THEY contacted ME! And there was great communication going forth. They truly desired to fix all problems and concerns and they did! Due to weather in our area the vehicles have not been used very much but so far they work great on the various terrains in our yard including very wet grass. They also audibly tell you when the battery is about dead. I chose this particular vehicle because it had the highest voltage per wheel and 24v battery. The remote control option is a great plus too. We first used it in a large indoor area and some of the littles were new to steering. But truly, the icing on top has been the customer service. The 8 year old is almost a tad too big but fits all the others great. As you can see from pics, it traveled around our large yard, hills and wet grass well. I can’t comment on the battery time as this particular outing wasn’t on a full charge. It had been used indoors for over an hour the day before and still had plenty of juice for a bit of a ride outside.

Beautiful Car, But Strong Initial Acceleration, but my daughter love it
Color: Pink
We absolutely love this car! It’s beautiful, easy to assemble, and our daughter loves it. The only downside is that the initial acceleration is very strong, so younger children may have their head jerk backward when it starts moving. Other than that, it’s perfect, and we highly recommend it!

Product came exactly as advertised!
Color: Blue
I wasn't sure what to expect as there weren't a ton of reviews at the time of purchase. I am pleasantly surprised so far. It took about an hour to assemble by using just the instructions. I did take my time and have some knowledge with assembling furniture but nothing like this. I didn't notice there was a QR code to a link with assembly instructions until I was finished putting it together. Item arrived in good condition. The back was damaged a bit but nothing was broken or scratched on the inside. The battery came fully charged and the music player and lights all function. The remote paired easily and works as described. It even came with a bow! I don't know how long the charge will actually last at this time, but all in all I'm very pleased with the vehicle and would recommend.

Perfect Product! So glad I bought it!
Color: Blue
Amazing! We ordered this for our 3 year old for Christmas and it was by far the best decision! I researched so many different options but ultimately chose this and it was the perfect one. The battery lasts for hours! It has true 4 wheel drive, and is fast. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this again. It was definitely worth the price.

It doesn’t work!!
Color: Pink
It had several issues, when advancing and letting go the pedal it wouldn’t stop, the remote control couldn’t connect, when in forward it would keep going in reverse., and then, it wouldn’t even go forward or reverse, all these thing happened in less than 20 minutes of using it!!!! UPDATE They have excellent customer service, they sent me the pieces that didn’t work and now apparently it’s working. But it was a complete month of writing back and forth about something that should’ve work fine in the first place.

Missing parts
Color: Black
Parts were missing. We were unable to give it the day of their birthday. The company was very responsive and sent missing parts, but still disappointed that we even had to contact for missing parts and delay our gift to our kids. Other than that we love the truck. Parental control could be better.
