It's easy to make out faces, hear voices and close proximity breathing. For the price and appearance you really can't beat it. It's actually underpriced in my opinion. To be honest I didn't expect much from this little nanny cam device, so I was really surprised at the concealability and quality of the video. First, it's completely unrecognizable as a recording device. It's virtually indiscernible from regular car key fob. The only downside of that is positioning the camera in the area you need to monitor may seem odd that a key or keys are simply laying there in plain view.
