I WAS NOT PUTTING EXTRA WEIGHT ON THE STRAP. VERY DISAPPOINTING." They resposnded to me quickly and unexpectedly by offering me a refund or to send me a new purse. they asked that I send them a picture of the broken strap, which I did. they said they'd give the information to the factory so as to reinforse ore strenthen the weak seam for future purses, thanking me for my patience and help making thier product better. I asked for a new purse. I received it today, 2-3 weeks later. I do like the purse very much. iIt's not too big or too small. It easily fits my wallet, glasses, phone and various other items. The extra zippered pockets keep me from having to dig through a bunch of items to find the main things I need, glasses, phone and wallet. Keys are easily retrieved from the small zippered pocket. The leather is high quality and I love the color. Thank you HESHE for backing the quality of your handbags.

This must be about the 7th purse I have purchased in the last 9 months or so. Everything I thought I would like turned out to be too small or too tight so I had to return them. Beyond frustrated, I noticed this purse was on sale. Again, it looked like just what I was looking for, but I wasn't holding my breath. This purse finally fits all my criteria. It is just the right size for all of the items I like to carry, isn't too bulky and is attractive. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of different zipper compartments this purse has. I like an organized purse and with all these separate storage spots, I can keep my new purse orderly. Some purses have several compartments but once you put items into one compartment, the items push out into another compartment, making it difficult to use. Or items bulge, giving away the fact that the purse is too small. This purse is wide enough that none of this is a problem. However, the leather is also not too stiff. The leather is soft, but not so soft to not have structure. The strap is greatly adjustable, having several holes, so perfect length for me as well. This is a quality product and I am very happy with this purchase. I'm also happy I caught the sale and saved a bit of money and I see myself using this purse for a long time. My purse search has finally come to an end until next time. 😊

I absolutely love this bag. It is the perfect size and very soft. I love the color as well. The purse is spacious and easy to access with a large opening. I like the pockets with zippers to keep everything organized. I have received many compliments on the bag.

So far, I really like this bag. Seems to be well-made, loving all the pockets, sizeable but not large, looks great. I know some have had zipper issues; mine so far seem to be fine but I will update this review if any of them fail. I usually try to get Coach Outlet but I'm starting to have back problems and needed something similar but a bit smaller than my Coach Jules Hobo. This is good size-wise, and I LOVE the pockets. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the strap. I like a strap that is 1) wider, so it doesn't cut into my shoulder, and 2) I really dislike straps that adjust with a buckle. The strap ends up flopping around & I find them irritating. I WISH this had a slider lock on it, and I'm trying to purchase an individual strap by another company that would work, but I'm having a bit of trouble due to the (tho nice-looking) gun-metal hardware, which is harder to match, especially if you want a brown, not black strap. However, I did know this was the strap type and decided to purchase anyway, because it fit my size requirements and looked good organization-wise. I knew I could purchase a strap elsewhere if I really wanted to change it. So I'm giving it five stars as of now, and not taking a star off due to the strap as I figure that may just be my preference.

I have used this purse every day for months, and I really like its rich color, sturdy construction, and attractive lines. How I wish the manufacturer would make a medium-sized version just like it. This one is advertised as "Small" and it is. Two or three inches bigger in each dimension would be perfect.

I love all the pockets! Separate pockets. Really great leather! Looks and feel are great! No wonky smell! My new everyday pocketbook. The only thing, and it's small, the zipper-pulls are big, too big. Aah! It's a medium bag. Fits everything I need.
