Features
- [ASTM F2116 DATA: MBS vs. SWL] Tested to ASTM F2116 Standards with a verified Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) of 9,000 lbs (40 kN). For operational safety, we strictly specify a Safe Working Load (SWL) limit of 900 lbs (based on the industrial 10:1 safety factor). This rating accounts for knot efficiency loss and dynamic shock during rigging.
- [HIGH-DENSITY WEAVE & STIFFNESS] Constructed with an ultra-tight 48-strand sheath. Note on Handling: The rope exhibits initial stiffness due to this high-density weave, designed to block particulate ingress (sand/sawdust) and delay core abrasion. It requires a mechanical break-in period to become flexible while maintaining maximum armor protection.
- [STATIC ELONGATION CONTROL] Engineered as a static line with low elongation properties. This prevents load "bouncing" when lowering heavy timber or equipment. Passes ASTM knotability requirements (Score 1.5), ensuring compatible use with friction hitches, Port-a-Wraps, and standard rigging blocks.
- [PHYSICAL SPECIFICATIONS] Diameter: 0.50 inch. Length: 150 Feet (45.7 Meters). Material: 100% High-Tenacity Industrial Polyester. Resistance: UV degradation, moisture absorption, and chemical rot. Construction: Double Braid Kernmantle. Color: Classic White.
- [WORK & LEISURE APPLICATIONS] A versatile heavy-duty line for multiple scenarios. Primary use: Arborist Rigging and Tree Climbing Support. Expanded capability: Nautical Rigging (Boat anchor lines/mooring), Swing Installation (Tree swings/tire swings), and Cargo Tie-Downs. Warning: Do not exceed 900 lbs SWL.

is a great rope, very well made. i have yet to figure out how to unwind one of these bundles without creating a twisted knotted pile at the end. But i'll get it one of these days. great product. Also after reading other reviews, i have looked my entire rope up and down with a magnifying glass and have found a defect. One single thread out of place on any rope i use and no longer will i trust it. Needless to say, i go thru like 500ft of rope setting up a tent. This rope is actually spectacular. as with any static poly rope - it will be a bit more stiff than nylon rope. However cinching and securing a knot presents no difficulty even directly out of the box. Keep in mind we arent tying shoe strings here. Great rope, will buy it again.

This is the first rope I have ever personally bought, but I have used others in the past. This rope seems to be high-quality and very robust. I use it for single line tree climbing, and it has held up well so far.

There are lots of products that lend themselves to bargain shopping, climbing rope are parachutes are worth paying a little more for. That said, the rope appears to be of sufficient strength and quality to hang a swing in the back yard or to keep for emergency towing, or any number of uses other than rappelling. As a top rope climbing rope it's a little stiff, but would be fine. I don't plan on using it as a climbing rope or for rappelling, but it's good enough and cheap enough that I'm ordering another 150 feet.

Overall solid rope. I use this for tree work and skidding logs. Seems well built and has put up with the abuse I have put it through.
