Cons: I was incredibly frustrated when I first started opening and setting up this bike. 1) looking at the manual, the first step is to face the stem forward, but there is no stem to look for! It's already part of the bike and there is no pole or piece to extend the handlebar. Just two metal pieces to slide down the body of the bike and let the handlebar sit on top. Getting these two pieces aligned so the handlebar is locked and facing the same direction as the wheel was probably the most frustrating part of the set up. The rest is pretty intuitive if you're familiar with bikes 2) the manual shows a very different bike than what was delivered. Because of this, certain steps have to be skipped. I disregarded the manual altogether and just used my best guess as there aren't many screws. 3) the headlights for the bike DO NOT FIT the front of the wheel which is what the manual shows and there's a hole for it for near the bender/frame. The spacing between the edge of the frame and the screw hole is too long. I had to loosely place it between all the wires on the handlebar for now until finding a way to secure it. Pros: once the bike is setup, it's very fast. I rode it just once a couple days ago commuting to work and topped at 36mph/60kph per LCD screen. I'll see if I can attach some photos, but for a $500 bike, it's a great bike. Has a solid frame. I used this to upgrade from my Jetson Bolt pro which I hated the frequency of the flat tire/repairs. The bike folds sideways and I was hoping it would fit under my work desk like my Jetson Bolt pro, but it's a little too big. Overall, great commuter bike so far Update: just realized I had the MX 350 with lower battery power than listed here from the MX 550. I commute 3.5 miles to work or 7 miles roundtrip a day. This bike lasts less than the 7 mile round trip (I go up a hill on the way back). It's still not a bad deal, but the MX 550 as advertised should at least last the whole trip if they get it correct the order. ... show more

product arrived with defective part, addressed issue 1 week ago, no response as yet otherwise minor issues .. seat post required hose clamp to add to resistance to keep it from sliding down under my weight (235#) functioned as expected for a budget ebike

Overall I'm very impressed with this bike. The motor has a LOT of power! The ride is smooth and it appears to be well constructed. My only complaint is that I wish the brakes were a little stronger. They'll definitely stop the bike, but I have to apply more pressure than my old bike. Bottom line tho is that I would recommend this bike if you're looking for an e-bike. ... show more

Packaged arrived in good condition outside. Some parts did not fit the bike, tires blew with only 1/2 the air. wheel rims had very loose spokes, making the tires wobble. battery pack was shot out of the box. seller held my replacement battery pack until i removed the bad review. I could go on, but the bottom line is.. don't by this bike from this seller. find it somewhere else. ... show more
