I like long stethoscopes due to not being directly in someone's face when listening to them. This stethoscope comes with different ear tip sizes. The tubing on this stethoscope is flexible and easily cleaned with an alcohol based cleaner without the shine fading from the tubing or causing a sticky exterior. Nor does the metal loses it color or shine. The metal is considered rainbow colored, pretty to look at, and fashionable. Ear tips are soft and contours to the ear. It is single bell made of aluminum alloy, with a dual layer, and can not be detached from the tubing. Tubing is 24" long. The stethoscope is not heavy but rather light and despite the price the sound quality is great and nor does it look cheap or feel cheap. I would purchase again.

I loved this stethoscope so much that **someone loved it enough to walk off with it**. Honestly, that feels like a professional endorsement. I chose **black** so it would match all my scrub colors, and it really does—clean, sharp, and professional. The **sound quality is amazing**. I was able to hear **murmurs on the first try**, clear and crisp. At times it felt like I could hear **things I wasn’t even looking for**—this thing hears *everything*. If stethoscopes could talk, this one would have stories. It’s **lightweight**, but in a *quality* way—not flimsy, not cheap. Comfortable for long shifts and easy to forget it’s even there. The **ear tips were a big win**. It came with multiple options, including one that actually fit my **small ear canals**. They were **soft**, comfortable, and didn’t cause pressure even after hours of wear. Cleaning was easy, and after **multiple cleanings**, it never got tacky or sticky. The tubing stayed smooth, and the metal parts stayed **shiny**. One of my favorite details: the **bell/diaphragm doesn’t unscrew**, so there’s no annoying metal clinking on itself. Small detail, big peace. I used it for about **a month** before it mysteriously disappeared during a nursing home shift. I assume it was adopted by another healthcare worker who also recognized greatness. I’ll be buying another one—this time with my name engraved. Highly recommend for anyone who relies on a stethoscope… and maybe wants to hear a few secrets along the way.

More of a brown metallic color than rose gold but the sound quality is actually up there if not better than my littman cardiac II closer to the Littmann cardiac III. Comes with extra earpieces and diaphragm. Excellent quality for the price.
