My 55 inch desk arrived in perfect condition from Amazon. It's a large heavy bulky item so I am amazed that there wasn't one box tear or ding. The desk itself was fairly easy to assemble however the instructions are not completely clear. I found that assembling all of the stand and bracketry upside down worked for me. The cross members that assemble to the actual glass desk undercarriage should be assembled first to the stand and brackets. Then the entire stand with brackets is turned upside down and assembled to the glass desk undercarriage. Do not assemble the cross brackets to the glass undercarriage first because then it is very difficult to assemble the stand to the cross brackets. Other than that the assembly is fairly straightforward. Also do not overtighten the setscrew in the rotating transmission rod since it's plastic and subject to breakage. Once assembled and powered the desk came to life and easily moved up and down. Also love the fact that it has a drawer. I had two disk drives that fit nicely into the drawer. Overall I am very pleased with the look of the desk. It is all white with a beautiful glass top. I feel it was well worth the money spent and recommend it. UPDATE I misinstalled the cable ties for the power cables powering the desk. After writing them an email, Claiks customer service promptly replaced the cable ties so that I can neatly tuck the power cables under the desk. Customer service is prompt, courteous, and professional. Excellent product and product service. SECOND UPDATE Still love the desk. The control panel is great - works really well. Love the look of the desk. I spend hours a day at my desk. The look and function of the desk is fantastic. I am glad I got the 55 inch desk. Has lots of room for all of my hardware and peripherals. The glass top is easy to keep clean and neat. THIRD UPDATE The desk price was reduced 30% to $279 from $349. It is definitely worth $279. That is a great price for such a nice desk. ... show more

I’ve had this desk for a little over a month now. I am VERY happy with this purchase. The beautiful white top is very easy to clean and doesn’t leave visible marks or streaks. I use this desk as a vanity and school desk, so it is used daily. I love the convenience of the charging ports. I can charge my Apple Watch and my phone at the same time, and it charges relatively quickly. The hidden drawer blends right in, and it fits more than I expected. The desk was easy to build and is sturdy and comfortable, thanks to the adjustable heights. Claiks has excellent customer service. So far I'm a happy camper. I bought this to use as my watchmakers desk. You can add wheels to this as long as it has a Metric M8-1.25 threaded stud. I used the 1.5" long stud. Just remember only to screw it in until it's snug. Otherwise you'll create a bump in the top of the foot. But the longer the stud, the taller the max and min heights of the desk will be. Assembly was easy. Remember to pay attention to the pictures. The longer section of the feet go towards the front. As do the braces that the the desktop screws into. ... show more

I bought this desk in Augest 2024 and in March 2025 the panel on the desk started sparkling and smoking and I was so lucky to be at the desk at that time and unplug it before it catch on fire. I tried contacting the seller and the Amazon customer service and no body did anything. The seller didn't even reply and Amazon customer service did nothing.
